Best burger I've had in quite some time
The food was awesome and they were very quick to bring it to you
Worked a 6 hour day in north Florida on Friday, got off and drove 7 hours to Charleston SC for a 10+ mile obstacle course race. Survived on sandwiches and snacks along the way. During the 7 hour drive home I realized my body needed fuel and Mack's happened to be the closest place within my route when I randomly asked android auto to search, 1.2 miles actually. Anyway I got there and Tanya was extremely inviting and friendly as soon as I walked in and sat me immediately. I had no idea what to get and given my circumstances she recommended the French dip for something hearty and filling but also surprisingly cost friendly. It paid off handsomely and was very good especially with the battered fries on the side. When you go to Mack's look for terrific Tanya and you'll have a wonderful time.
Burger Togo at lunch. Not fully cooked. Ordered well done. Pink in middle. Very disappointed.
Delicious food, great people and atmosphere
After hearing great things about Mack's, I'm not too impressed. We ordered 1 lb of ribs and the mac n cheese.Pic of the tiny portion we received for $3 attached. And the 1lb of ribs? It was only 6 ribs of a not impressive size and we were both left hungry.The staff was very friendly and quick to help us.
Didn't get what we ordered for each meal . Only got 1 order of fries and they were not done and soggy how's that work. Ribs over cooked and full of gristle. Lettuce on a sandwich was brown and slimey , gross and was definitely over charged. Every since he moved into the new building his service is terrible and so is the food . Good Luck in the future I'm sure nothing will be done about it .
Fairly empty restaurant, ordered a bbq pork sandwich to go and it took 30 minutes.
Nice place inside, but the food was awful. They took a unique approach to french fries, which was cool to try, but we couldn't eat them. The meat was all cold and tasted like it was a week old. Overall, just a huge disappointment for a highly rated BBQ spot.
