Were told we'd have 20-30 minute wait to be seated but we could go straight to bar and be seated. We went to bar but weren't waited on for 20-30 minutes. Would have been better waiting for a table. Service at bar was extremely slow. Caesar salad had almost no dressing, hamburger steak was delicious. Usually don't like onions/mushrooms/gravy because gravy usually tastes as if it came straight from a can. This was actually good! We'd eat here again but would probably not eat in bar area.
Not too good. Our server got the bread to our table and he forgot the silverware so I just tore a hunk of bread and slid it over the butter. Miguel wasn't attentive to our table. When he took our ordee he said I could have any side i wanted even the premium sides. Well when we got the bill, that side was an upgrade at the price of $2.49 for greasy fried brussels sprouts. It also happened to my boyfriend. I think it is another way of making the bill higher so he'd get a bigger tip. He never checked back with us during our meal.
Went in for a quick bite. Was told by the hostess (presuming manager due to attire) that the wait time would be 20 minutes. No issues because the weather was nice. Opted to wait outside. Upon the return there was another hostess. She did not say a word beyond "follow me." No hello. Anything. Just, "follow me." Okay. Sat us down at a booth that had a very large hole (plate sized) in the seat. The server was nice. He checked on us once which was okay. Food was better than expected but the prime rib sandwich must have changed. Left a ton to be desired. Soup was just above warm and had way too much cheese. Yesterday was the first time I've been back since the pandemic. Probably won't go back any time soon.
Went about 3 weeks ago. Our experience was fantastic. Like many places, they were understaffed and slammed, but the wait was worth it. The food was AMAZING. Fresh. Delicious. And the manager was upstanding (can't recall her name), running things efficiently and staying on top of everything.
Everything was great except the first set of steamed broccoli they brought me was practically raw. I thought I was crazy so I let my brother in law try a piece (he got the steamed broccoli too) and he spit it out and was like whattt you need to return that.Other than that it was wonderful. Steak was cooked perfectly and the shrimp was awesome.
3 of us had a great dinner. 2 of us had Salmon with Bourbon glaze. It was very lightly glazed, which kept it from being too sweet or losing the delicious flavor of the salmon. Both were cooked perfectly! The side salads were really big & fresh! Only complaint about the salad was the bowls. When you tried to get some salad the rest of the salad would go up the other side of the bowl & fall out. You had to keep one hand around the bowl to keep from losing the salad on the table. The other entree was a steak which was cooked nicely and lean. The steak was a tad too salty. Our other sides were a massive baked potato, mashed potatoes, rice & broccoli. The only complaint here was the broccoli was a little too salty. And of course we love the fresh bread!! ? All in all, very good!! Fresh, well cooked, nice portions, good waitress, good speed of service. We will be back!
Everyone was very pleasant, especially my server. I ordered the sirloin for lunch and was very pleasantly surprised. Everything was fresh, seasoned properly and cooked as requested. The service was prompt, but not rushed. Kudos to the daytime staff! Keep up the great work!
BAD. We were told there would be a 25 min wait. It turned into 45 minutes. Food was ordered and it was at least a hour before it was served. Three steaks were order all cooked the same. All three were cooked differently. One red, one medium and one cooked though and dry. One was cool, far from hot. The evening was ruined.
To be honest, I've had better dining. To be so expensive, the food was very disappointing. The macaroni was extremely dry. The steak came as ordered temp wise, but it had this weird gritty/greasy layer to it. It is hard to describe because I've never had this on a steak before. The best thing on my plate was actually the roasted brussell sprouts, and they were burnt. The worst part of this restaurant was the bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting. It smelled foul. There were used hygiene products just in the bins and paper towels and trash on the floor. It looked as though it had not been cleaned in days.I would not recommend dining here and will not return.
Had to wait a while, though there was several open tables, because they were short of staff - but our server was very good, very nice, and thorough - our food was as we ordered!!!!
