We ordered a pizza and crazy bread, and both the pizza crust and crazy bread were raw, I went back to see if I could get the crazy bread cooked a little more, but they said they couldn't and it would burn it. I had this issue before and they cooked a little bit longer but this time they didn't which I don't know why. This place used to be good but now, not so much. Next time I'll just go to papa John's, atleast they know when a pizza is done.
I was upcharged on a cheese pizza without asking. $9 for a classic cheese pizza and a ranch packet. Still a great deal but more than I'm used to paying at Little Caesars. I also had to wait 30 minutes for that plain pizza on a Tuesday evening. They didn't seem that busy so it was kind of surprising. Adding a star because I just love Little Caesars but this location is not great.
This store REALLY needs some management. A shift lead or something. I get it. It's cheap, fast food pizza. However, there should not be a 56 minute wait for an online/app order for 3 pizzas. There wouldn't be people standing in the lobby waiting for a half hour if portal orders were prioritized. I'll start calling before I order and ask if Jacob is working. If so, I'll order somewhere else. Without fail, either my order gets deleted from the queue OR the order is wrong OR all the cheese and toppings have slid to one side of the pizza.
Always inaccurate not the first time I've ordered something here and something was missing but needed something so ordered off the app which is then delivered through doordash I ordered the half pizza half Stix and 2 extra crazy sauce when it gets here I get NO sauces at all I call the driver no answer so call the store tell them the issue and I get "what you want us to do about it" then manager says to call door dash so call them the only thing they can do is reimburse the sauce so I can't get my sauce now and have half of a whole pizza Stix that need sauce and im $20 in the hole never call this place for help they are just rude and disrespectful
We're regulars at this location and usually it's fine but tonight my pizza was not as hot as it should have been (odd considering they're kept in warmers), there was some kind of odd cardboard ON the pizza. The Crazy bread didn't have any of the seasoning on it, was just plain bread. I understand mishaps happen but this was just sloppiness and laziness.
Great deal for fast meal but $5 hot-n-ready is not $5 as advertised
The worst service I have ever experienced. Waited thirty minutes on a cheese pizza, while watching the manager hand out a cheese pizza to a guy who had been waiting 10 minutes. They kept making dozens of pepperoni without making a singular cheese. Absolutely awful.
My fiancee and I just picked up a most bestest pepperoni pizza, left and drove to our destination. When we reached in to get a slice, the pizza fell apart. It was super thick around the outside, and rolled so thin towards the middle of the pizza that the topping, sauce, and extreme amounts of grease literally made it turn to mush. A sloppy mess. So, we drove the pizza back to the restaurant and showed the employees what we were given. The woman that sold us the pizza just turned around without a word, and went to get a manager. No apology, no nothing. The manager came, looked at the pizza, and with a look of annoyance, he said, "Well I can give you anothwr pizza". We said, yes, that's all we were asking for. So he quickly shoved a new pizza in our faces and snatched the slop pizza away. So, here we go again. Went home, went in for a slice, and although the pizza was thicker and sturdier, it was soooo greasy it was just not very appealing. I remember a time in past years when this location haduch better food, better customer service and less greasy pizza. Don't know what happened, but I don't recommend anything from here, and I doubt we will return, even if it is a cheap dinner.
My husband and I go here regularly, and it's gotten to where the pizza is just gross!! So I go in and order a hot and ready and then decided I wanted extra pepperoni so they give me one of the classics that was "Already made" so I did t complain I paid and went ahead and we went home with it...we get home and sit down to eat and the pizza was so soggy with grease you couldn't even pick it up!!! So... I don't know what's going on but they need to step up there game ?
Pizza is always hot and you can't beat the prices!
