The worst ever. Burgers were over cooked. Onions were black. Must have been cooked a long time ago. I always look forward to them on my way to fla. I will never stop there againNot at that one in Brunswick GA. Maybe somewhere else.
Giving 2 Stars for food alone zero stars for the poor attitude of employees and speed of service I sat in the drive thru for 10 min when no one else was in the line or inside then I was treated with the worst attitude by the employee working the window. Who I'm sure is also the manager since she had a different color shirt than the rest of the employees she also had no hair net or hat on. I will never eat here again
Stopped on the way home to FL. Waited in the drive thru, for (no exaggeration) 40 minutes. Would've just left but we'd already paid. And then when we finally got our food, it was cold- and also overcooked. Only 2 people ahead of us in line. Makes no sense. Clearly management doesn't care and this review likely won't change a thing, because another review just like this was posted a month ago. Just a friendly warning.
Completely awful. Krystal’s is one of my favorite places. We stopped here and waited in the drive threw line for 5 minutes. We never got an answer. There was a woman behind was that said she couldn’t get them either, so we pulled up to the window. We seen someone in there but he disappeared as soon as he seen us. We waited there for a few minutes. And NOTHING! Completely disappointed.
Customer service is always terrible (well I will say the day staff is much better than the evening staff) and they rarely get our order correct. Our most recent visit we were treated like we were jerks or had done something wrong when they messed up our order it was ridiculous.
Drive through speaker is too quiet and hard to hear. One car in front of us in the drive through and we’ve been sitting here for almost 30 minutes and haven’t moved. Honestly not sure why we didn’t go to McDonald’s after the first 10 minutes.

Stopped en route to Florida for a quick bite (two pick 5 meals). Part nostalgia since there are no Krystal restaurants near my residence. Had to wait a bit for my order (likely due to staffing issues), but the food was correctly prepared and delicious. Plus, a very friendly lady took my order!
This is the worst Krystal in history. Employee standing out chatting with their friends. They don’t care about the customer at all. Quick to tell you I’ll be with just a second but continue to talk to their friends who has came to visit them at the store. This Krystal in Brunswick needs to close down it’s just an awful place to eat at. I don’t know if it’s owned by franchise or owned by company but whoever owns it needs to take a look at their employees because they are ruining your business this is one of the worst crystals I ever ate it and I feel it should close down
VERY slow service! Then my burgers were cold...buns and burgers....cheese not even melted. Not worth the stop! The young man on the window was very polite and nice- the only nice thing about the stop!
