I ordered a four wing dinner with crispy Chicken and I received the smallest wings I've ever seen look like from a baby bird. They did redeem themselves and gave me two more pieces of chicken which I gladly accepted but I still didn't get my crispy chicken even though I asked three times ?? sometimes I guess it's just not worth fighting but if there was no crispy chicken why not just tell me that? The staff was nice and the manager was also nice I did receive good customer service I just didn't get my crispy chicken
I usually dread fast food restaurants, but I have been in this particular KFC lately and I really cannot say anything bad about it. The service was great, and the food was excellent. I have had the chicken sandwich twice and it was great. I'm eating a five piece tender meal now and the quality is exceptional. I hope it stays like this! Thanks to the employees! Food service is tough, but they are the reason my experiences here have been so good!
No one in the Drive thru line so service was quick. Attendant was great with customer service. Food was hot.......but, food was undercooked. I'll chalk it up to newer staff. Will probably be a while before I return for a quick bite from this particular location.
Profit management strikes again. I only gave two due to cashier being nice. Menu states three pieces of chicken for posted price . Manager trains staff to say it’s only dark meat-over $8 for dark meat is crazy. All other stores do what KFC rules and menu says any pieces understandable all white meat or more than one breast is more. Next food was bad - greasy, cold fries and under cooked non buttered biscuits. If you are going to try to push for good profits sell better quality food!!
Lobby wasn't open, drive through only. I really don't like drive through. The food was good and the order was correct.
Only the drive through was open due to covid staff messed up our order after confirming it 2 times before we proc to the window. They didn't give us straws,napkins, or silverware had to walk back up to the window and was given an attitude upon asking for these items. Can't speak for how this place is on a daily basis this was just my one time experience here.
Did mobile order. They told ketchup and spoon in the bag but nothing there. Came back to ask for and they showed attitude and insisted we are asking for more, everything in the bag. After arguing, they gave me what I need with very bad attitude. Wish could gave 0 star
Entire staff was extremely rude. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. We were given over cooked and undercooked food in spite. Orders were missing, other items were wrong. Will NOT be going back. I am absolutely open to an owner or corporate contacting me for further details, as long as it's someone higher up than the manager than was there and participating in treating us so poorly.
I got the wings and they are very little as you can see I put a ranch packet next to it, flavor was good (NH kicking wing). My husband got the original chicken and I ate a piece and it is not the original recipe tasted off. Probably won't go back was disappointed not the original flavor.
Fast service good prices.
