The sandwich was great, she made it likeI wanted. The cashier was none to happy about my alterations. LOL but they were all very nice about it.
Cold sandwiches, hard bread, but friendly employees! This was our very first time going to Jimmy John's, the employees welcomed us as we walked in, very nice and friendly! They were helpful and explained their menu, they did not rush us, and told my wife and I to take our time in ordering! So, this wasn't a bad experience, the food just wasn't warm, and the bread was very hard, hurt my wife's mouth while trying to eat it! I always try to be very positive with my reviews, and want to compliment the employees with their attitudes, but we were not impressed with the sandwiches!
If I could leave zero stars I would! I wanted to order two turkey toms an I was told they were out of turkey well they needed to slice it an couldn’t serve me. WHY has customer service gotten so bad that they can’t say it will be a few but we will have the turkey sliced soon if u would like to wait.. to busy talking an goofing off with co workers to care .. sad
Great Service! Even during lunch time and despite a lot of people being there they were fast with getting me my food. I specifically want to say how amazing and professional the woman with the pink hair was, even with her seemingly having a rough day. Highly recommend! Will be back.
Cashier with the pink hair is AWFUL! Lifeless , short, and rude. I usually have a decent experience with this Jimmy Johns but not today. Sat at the window forever, she probably said 3 words to me in my entire visit, including taking my order. Maybe put her on dishes or atleast away from customers because she clearly doesn’t like them.
What good to say Nothing. Meat flavorless, bread was so dense it was like trying to bite through leather. I pulled the meat off which was graying in spots to air exposure. Uhg!!! I see this in my own refrigerator and always throw it out. Taste of the first bite I tried to get down was mostly non existent. I lived in NY for awhile where the best bakeries are for subs and no real sub has bread so hard! For me this type baked bread uhg, its usually used for soups to dip or crouton. Bad baking day idk but I will never go to another Jimmy Johns establishment anywhere. Walmart market place Italian sub is 200% better what does that say lmbo.
Staff fast and polite. The best sub I've had. Whoops subway done lost another one.
I'm from north jersey and I am familiar with good sandwiches. I stopped at the JJ's in Brunswick GA. The staff was friendly and really quick. I got an Italian nightclub combo (soda, chips). Now, I have never been to JJ's so I was curious on what it's all about. So this is the best thing I've hand outside of nj. It really was good and perfectly balanced. I needed this and they delivered. Nice job and thank you.
Fresh food .. but wasn't that great tasting . And I don't like that there's no hot sandwiches on the menu
Very disappointed that they will not deliver 9 minutes away as much business as I give this company. Well I won't be eating here anymore
