I love Dunkin' donuts and I usually go quite a bit but it makes me mad when they have somebody new and they're willing to give you anything for your money and it's absolutely awful. Now if they didn't have the correct boxes that they usually put the donuts in there was no way that my donuts should have been stuffed to the result that I had to pick a donut like this up I paid my good money for and I didn't pay for them to be stuffed in the box they did it any kind of way instead of asking me which way would I prefer people just do your money any kind of way and if you don't say anything they'll just let it be. Sick of careless employees that don't want to give you quality for your money is what I'm paying for and the prices that things are today I expect my money's worth. For my customers in my customers didn't even want them once they seen them like that so therefore I feel like I wasted my money and all of it could have been avoided!
I paid for a grill cheese that was cooked only on one side and the cheese was even melted and I got a egg and beacon wrap the beacon was under cooked. How you mess up a grill cheese
Went inside and waited for 15 minutes and no one came from the back to take my order , thay just kept peeking around the corner at me .

This is the WORST Drive thru or Dunkin Donuts I have ever been at. The location is great for stopping at when leaving the Island but they seem to always be understaffed and out of out of most of their coffee and donuts! Seriously I can’t tell you how many times I have been here in the morning, afternoon or evening and they are out of donuts, ice, food or Coffee! If it wasn’t for the location there is no way they could stay open. They also don’t warn you that they are ‘out of…’ when in line until you get to the intercom. Too many times I have had to drive through after sitting in line because they are out of donuts, coffee, croissants, etc. Only time I have seen a sign warning people is when they are understaffed, blender is broken or have no employees working that day. Seriously, hire more people, pay more if you need to and order more supplies! This location is perfect for anyone one getting off the island or making a quick stop while heading home but I have to keep reminding myself to stop giving them another chance because I am always disappointed
Got a call from my doordash driver that they had nothing I ordered. I ORDERED COFFEE AND DONUTS ARE YOU SERIOUS.
Got to the Laplace at 08:55 A M, didn't get service until 09:20 AM!!!
Every other Dunkin Donuts in Brunswick gets my coffee order wrong.. this one is by far the best one!! Coffee order correct every time, quickly, and with excellent customer service!!
