Rude people. Dirty bathrooms. Dirty store all around. I don’t know where the separation is because it’s in a gas station, but I’m pretty sure that the DQ workers use the same bathroom and there is no soap or paper towels. The floor inside looks like it hasn’t been swept in days. I’ll be surprised if this place is still in business within the next month or two Unless it has been recently bought and they are having issues with the building.
After driving behind the building through the drive thru & seeing how ummmm..run down it looks, should have been the 1st sign of ...keep on going...BUT no, we ordered anyway. HUGE MISTAKE. $19 for12:00pm food , ordered @2:00 pm...Plain Gross ?Zaxbys here we come for FRESH chicken & fries next time
I just left Dairy Queen without all of my food. I’ve called 9 times and gotten no answer. Overall disappointed that my family got to eat, but not me, and on Mother’s Day. Hilariously ironic. ??
We did a mobile order because everything said they were open. We arrived and it was totally closed. Doors lock, entrance from the gas station was locked. Don't trust their times.
Order in the app 20 minutes ahead of our arrival time bc we’re traveling. And guess what when we got there the chick said give me a minute to make everything which turns into 15 minutes waiting time. I assume there was no point of taking orders on the DQ app? And here’s the best part when we got our food it’s missing 2 drinks and 1 cheeseburger. Another chick came and fixed it and said the other girl is pregnant sorry. Forgot they’re very rude and unprofessional. I wish I read the comments to save my day. I’m calling the corporate once I get home nobody deserves to be treated like that when they only want a normal fast food stop.
Almost an hour to get my order that wasn't ready, blizzard wasn't full in the cup or loaded with the toppings, no napkins...Amateurs.
The employees were polite and courteous. Unfortunately they were out of so many drink ingredients but handled it with respect to the customers. Give your emoyees the benefit of the fact they are there and working.
The pup cup was a hit with my doggies. The employees were so sweet, pleasant and friendly. Food was good too! Great experience on our road trip.
French fries were cold. But everything else was good
