If it was up to me it would be zero stars. I just left from taking my daughter to see a doctor for a very sore throat when I tried to stop at Dairy Queen to get a slush to help ease her pain. lady comes on speaker I tell her my order which was a pool side and cherry slush (in case she didn't like a flavor) only to be told they would not do it. She says "We only serving food right now" To which I question why? She snaps back "There is only two people in the building right now!" Now mind you I am the only car in drive-thru and the dining room was closed. So my response was I would think it would be easier to make a drink than to make food? She just ignores that to say we only serving food again so I left with my sick child and I must ask does it take more than two people to make a drink? I was going to try to order online but they turned that off too so they can't say they were busy. online orders off / Dining room closed/ and the only car in drive-thru gets turned down for A DRINK!!! So those two people just riding the clock IMO. Just had to vent
People mainly come to Dairy Queen for ice cream.... And today I'm being told they're not selling ice cream... If this is a franchise the name needs to be pulled by corporate. Multiple times on multiple visits their ice cream machines down or they're out of chocolate ice cream, and this will be my family's last visit to this Dairy Queen.
Food wasn't good even after returning to exchange for the correct food! Will never go back for dinner or lunch for that matter. I don't think I will go back for ice cream either.
It is $$$ untouchable! Ordered 2 large cups of plain ice cream, the cups where only 1/2 way full. Extremely disappointed $10 for the order ...i could had bought a bigger ice cream at another store. Will not patronize any Dairy queen store.And they where my favorite fast food stores , smh !!!
They need to update there Google , shows dining open, we walked a mile to this location while are truck was being worked on. We walked in and an employee turned us away, said dining room is ? is closed, only drive thru, we told her we didn't have a vehicle, she didn't offer any help, will never visit this location again, owner just being CHEAP
Best damn onion rings in the world .... always order extra large and another extra large. 1 is absolutely not enough.
I love this spot. All Employees are very friendly and the service is quick.
Waited for 20 minutes tonight for someone to take my order finally left after 25 mins. Sad part only one car at window when I drove around building to get in line. Guess they didn’t want my business.

Every time I go to this location they mess up the entire order. Three tunes now to be exact. They are quick to provide you with a bag containing good but it's it correct, yours, hot or frozen? Tonight's cheeseburger was missing cheese,. Grilled chicken sandwich was entirely missing, and a chili dog bun was like rubber... Not to mention the COLD hotdog inside says rubber. Staff is very nice. It works be nicer if they answered the phone or perhaps just get it right to begin with.
