My wife and I are traveling through from Houston,Tx. We both agreed, this was the best Cracker Barrel either of us have ever been too. The food and beverages were on point. The warm southern hospitality was on full display, in which, it made the dining there special.
Good food and service and menu and breakfast
Food was good. But we never saw our server unless we were getting our food or drinks. Other servers were bustling all about, but ours would disappear. She only brought us cornbread and said the biscuits were in the oven and she would bring us some when they were done. That may have been true, but the other servers brought both kinds of bread to customers who arrived after us before we got the cornbread. Then, I had to ask for the biscuits right before we left. Had to wait on refills as well because we never saw her.
My husband's food came out so cold that his dishes had developed a film over the top from sitting. My food was warm...not hot. They brought him another meal but by the time he received it, I was finished. They did not charge him for his meal. I gave 2 stars only for our server who was trying to do the best she could under the circumstances. Probably won't return.

Family of 4. Many tables that sat after us were given their food first. Food came out cold an hour after we had ordered. Waitress was no where to be found most of the time. Waitress had been working for the company for a year, we had to ask another waitress for items that we needed. Once we were leaving to pay we had asked for the manager twice and the manager never cared to show their face. Horrible experience. Do better Cracker Barrel.
We stopped for lunch at Cracker Barrel while traveling on I-95 to Tampa. Location is in a good spot, right off the interstate. We did not have to wait and was seated immediately. We ordered the fried chicken, as always, it was cooked perfect and tasted great.We shopped/browsed the store, grabbed some hard to find candy for our road trip and was on our way.
I love Cracker Barrel, but I will not being going to this location anymore. On three different occasions in the past 6 months we have received horrible service, and today took the cake. First our server rolled his eyes at my mother and I because we wer trying help my handicap step father get him situated comfortably. Two other tables that were seated after us got their food and left before our table got food or refills. When our food everything was room temperature. I sent my food back and asked them to take it off the bill. The whole ordeal caused me not to have an apatite. I hated it but this location will no longer be receiving our business.
