Seems real nice the person working on front counter nee to be more friendly they appear to have pinned up aggression
I've been to many Chipotles and this one was by far the worst. The staff was VERY unprofessional and unorganized. It took them forever to get not only mine but 3 other customers ahead me, order prepared. This location is definitely giving Chipotles a negative impact.
I tried something for the first time and felt as if I was losing my mind. The food was extremely spicy. As a matter of fact, it was unbearable. I love spicy food, but this surpassed all of that. As a result, I don't trust the menu or this place.
Pick up an order today at 7:10pm. A girl said at the window we are out of guacamole. She offered something else which is nice but i said no thanks, in this case just give me back my money. She said just do it in your application. I asked her how? She said I don’t know then turned around and she came back with a medium guac. I mean what’s the point?? ?♂️
This is the third time I have been in there and the second time that the young female with the long blonde hair at the register has ignored me!! I get it you are busy but do not finally ask me my order, go look and then avoid eye contact without telling me a status and continue to ignore me! The only job she has is to run the register and she's not even doing that. Someone had to even leave their busy post on the line to help her and she flat out ignored them too. The person told her 3 times and then finally did it themselves.
I went for the second time to this location, today. Both times I picked up my order at the window on the side. My order was ready on time, everything tasted amazing and the service was super nice! Will continue to go to this restaurant and glad Brunswick is growing!
Loved it! Workers are very nice, portions are generous, and the taste is phenomenal! Can be a bit busy sometimes, but definitely worth it.

This facility is seriously understaffed.Usually I love Chipotle. However this facility was built in a very small real estate. Being so close to I-95, they really underestimated the foot print. This is first of a kind I’ve seen a drive-through location.As of today, I believe the staff are under trained to keep up with the customers.I wish you all the best for the staff working and hope the management addresses customers concern pretty quickly.
I've been to this location 3 times and I don't expect it to be perfect beings that's they just opened about 2-3 weeks ago. My order was missing a few items 2 out the three which isn't typically I big deal, my main problem was that every time I got my food it was clod like fresh out the fridge cold
