Rough experience today.. in the drive thru 20+ minutes.. kids meals were incorrect and food was cold
the food at this location always send to be prepared to expectation. Breakfast could be a little fresher and not dried out but overall the food here is really good. The wait for drive thru at this location is r ridiculous and they always seem a little overwhelmed but I've always received excellent customer service. Overall this is one of the better Chick-fil-A locations.
Me and my 2 girls just went to the chick-fal-a on Golden isles parkway. This was the best experience I've had. I placed my order then of course my kids wanted to change their drinks to a coffee. I asked if I could change it and pay the difference. He gladly made my 2 coffees and didn't charge me. His name was Mr. RODNEY! I just want to say thank you for being so kind and helpful!
This is the grilled nuggets I got ?What’s more, DO NOT ORDER DINE-IN through MOBILE APP, you will be put onto the bottom of the waiting list.Waiting for 15 minutes and see walk-ins that come after me getting their orders, coming to the front desk and they went back and quickly said that my order is “ being prepared”. I know it’s “beginning to be prepared”.Go back to the seat and someone finally bring the order, and immediately asked “how do you think?” I haven’t even opened the meal, and everything I experienced in this chick-fil-A is triggering.I don’t want to be rude or throw temper, but I am displeased
Brunswick location. The line was wrapped twice around and into home Depot parking lot. I moved 3 spots in 6 minutes. Decided to park and go in. Got my food and was back out before the people who were in front of me even placed their order. Service was quick inside but my fries were cold. It was around 2pm as well. Just not what it used to be.

Drive through only. Line from hades to put it mildly. Our order was messed up and I refused to get back in the line yet again. No way! They said they were understaffed on door. A terrible experience. We had to share one meal together. Not happy
Super busy, like all locations. Bathrooms were disgusting, employee just stood there and didn't asks questions about my order... like what drink etc.Service was fast for how busy it was. Drinks were out of syrup, which I didn't notice until on the road.Overall not the best experience I've had at Chick-fil-A.
this chickfilA is outstanding! I've been in there morning, noon and nights...they are always busy with a few exceptions...friendly staff, work as a team..it's a busy, popular place...good tasting food, attention to detail....clean bathroom...it's a very busy drive thru and now dine in ....it's amazing day in day out....for my money and choice it's the best choice in Brunswick to eat/go to .
I love Chick-fil-A in general but this location needs LOTS of work! They completely skipped over our order and filled filled 2 or 3 orders after ours. They claimed it was for "fresh" strips. Only one order of strips was included in our order so why couldn't they give us the rest of the food and the brought the strips out to our table. We were eating in so that shouldn't have been an issue.
