Service was slow. With that said, food made up for it. I had the ribs, yeah splurging on calories, and got a full rack. It was giant, and the half rack would have been more appropriate. I am a big guy and it was still a lot of food. Great flavor, meaty rack, tender.The green beans aren’t normal green beans so buyer beware. Broccoli was good.Others got the steak and it looked great and they ate it without sauce which to me meant had a great flavor.Overall, if in area a good place to eat.Prices are also reasonable which is rare these days.
Food is 5 stars, service was 4 stars, wait time was 2 stars. More than half the restaurant was empty with workers standing around but we were told there was a 20-30 minute wait. 45 minutes later after having to go ask because we had to get young kid home we were told the manager had to clean table off and staff seemed annoyed (despite all tables around where we sat bring clean)I was ready to walk out, but luckily, the food came out fast & was excellent, making up for the initial bad experience
Excellent food in huge portions, definitely bring your appetite. We both came away with enough leftovers for lunch the next day. Food takes a bit to arrive but they're making everything fresh and the place was busy for lunch when we were there so it's understandable. Hostess wasn't very personable, but our waitress was very friendly and helpful.
Give me a break . They have a beautiful outdoor patio. It was a beautiful night. They wouldn't accomodate us. On the patio because none of their servers would serve us.. We will never come back.
I ordered the grilled chicken pecan salad and coconut shrimp to go. When I got home the salad was missing the honey mustard dressing. I was supposed to get six shrimp but only got four and no sauce for the shrimp. The food was good but very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail that could have made the meal excellent.
Had a delicious lunch on 3/22/22 with excellent service from Shaquana ! Restaurant was clean and food was fresh and delicious! Shaquana was very helpful and very friendly with a beautiful smile and great suggestions which were much enjoyed .. we will definitely be back
We usually love Cheddar's however today's experience was not good. The hostess staff were very nice however there was not enough kitchen staff which meant waiting forever to even get a table. And when we finally left to go somewhere else it was because the kitchen was behind by an hour on getting food out to those customers who had already been waiting. It's really a shame
I gave it 4 stars. The food was awesome they couldn't get our order correct but Omg 5⭐ Stacy she is awesome in every she makes sure her table is taken care of she does not play when it comes to her Tables. Stacy Thank You for your Hospitality. I will call b4 go there for her.
Went to Cheddars last night around 5:30. Was sat at the back door where the to go orders are taken out. We had the luxury hearing the door slam in our ear all throughout our dinner. My favorite part was a waiter Mr. Red Dreads (not Ours) stand behind us talking with others about blue crab and saying the hostess better not put children in his area because he wasn't putting up with children. Really enjoyed his conversation talking negatively about other employees as well. I do believe his loud obnoxious banter and whistling really topped it off. Ended the night with dessert. Took 30 minutes for it to make it to our table for the cookie dough to be raw! I enjoy Cheddars, but last night was the worst experience I have ever had there.
Visited Sat., Jan. 29 for lunch. Haven’t been to a Cheddars in years. Service was good food extremely blah. There was 2 of us and we both had a cup of potatoe soup, in desperate need of flavor. I had chicken fried chicken, salad and carrots. Carrots were the best along with the buttered croissants. Other had Buffalo Wrap and stated it was good. If we were older perhaps bland food would work. Not a fan.
