Service was very bad. Drive thru never asked or repeated back order. So was not correct at window. Waited over 20 minutes for food. Which still was wrong after telling her at window. Worker had bad attitude, watched her throw things around, had to ask her multiple times for a straw and napkins and my receipt. She constantly kept walking away. Food was aweful too. Burger was burnt, and large fry was only filled half way. Will NOT be back to this restaurant and I recommend others to avoid it too. Dont waste your money. Go to the one at the next exit. Cant even fill out survey or contact their corporate because she ripped my receipt I half and closed the window. Very rude. And 2 cars ahead of me had wrong orders as well.

Got some food poisoning after I ate here for breakfast this past Saturday. Not but 30-40 minutes later I had jabbing pains in my stomach and major fatigue for the rest of the day and the symptoms have gotten worse since then. Please just talk to your employees about food safety and preparation. If a kid would have eaten this food it would have sent them to to the hospital.

the food is trash I spent $23.00 and got a soggy fish sandwich and some burnt fries and I ordered a kids chicken nuggets and fries and they so hard my granddaughter couldn't eat them and the fries are nasty the double cheese burgers I ordered were smashed and looked pitiful

I used the drive thru VERY SLOW seem to be unstaffed. Check order before leaving so you're not disappointed when you ooen of your order.

Extremely slow service, It took them 30 minutes for a very small order, this location was so busy it had 2 customers in the drive thru including me.A great place to kill time and test your ‘patience is a virtue skills’By the time I got my food the world had changed and a full scale zombie apocalypse has happened.

Very rude and disrespectful Unprofessional is a understatement I can’t believe Burger King stand behind thIs place it’s a embarrassment to there standards ,me or my family would not be shopping here ever again Managers have attitude as well as crew I stay less then 0.01 miles and I rather got a mile away to eat

Have to add a star since the drive thru is fine just don't go inside. They're still way ahead of McDonald's

Usual burger king experience repeated order twice and they still got it wrong. Also 2 other orders from the drive thru the customers had to come inside and get the proper items. The employees were too busy playing and talking about personal life's to take proper care of the customers

If I could give this place a minus score, I would. Ordered on the screen. 15 mins later no food, no order, yet it was showing on the order board. After having everyone served, who came in afterwards, we were told they had no order for us. We were then given the 3xcuse that the electric ordering system had not worked properly for 2 weeks. All they offered were excuses. They refused to give me a refund and told me to contact my bank as I had paid by card. Absolutely appalling behaviour. I am reporting this filthy mess, you should see the bathrooms, to corporate.
