The young girl at the counter was EXTREMELY RUDE !! Someone from door dash came to pick up food for her customer ,and she was very horse and she said to the girl as loud as she could twice doordash pick up, but instead of listening and finding out what the women said. She just said idk what your saying next customer. So my husband and I which were at the very other end of the counter heard her and said she said doordash. I felt sorry for the lady and the cashier had absolutely no customer service and never apologized to the lady. Just said I’m glad you heard her. Then we are still waiting on our food for another 20 minutes after that it was completely ridiculous. If I could give them a zero I would. Especially the cashier!
if I could make this star NEGATIVE.. I WOULD.. Terrible Service (UNDERSTATEMENT). The worst drive thru experience in my life! We waited 20 minutes for someone to even take our order in the drive thru. Pulled up cuz no one spoke a word. As we pulled up to get decent service, they take someone else's order. Finally we pull up to the drive thru window wanting to order food. This girl decides NOT TO help customers at the window. NO SHE GOES ON HER PHONE IN FRONT OF US (CUSTOMERS), DOES NOT SEEM TO BE DOING HER JOB TO HELP WITH THE LINE OF CARS. THERE WAS CARS WRAPPED AROUND THE RESTAURANT. OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE HONKING AT OTHER CARS IN FRONT OF THEM. WE WAITED FOR 40-45 MINUTES FOR NOTHING. WE WERE STUCK IN DRIVE THRU FOR OVER 40 MINUTES BECAUSE OF ROAD STRUCTURE FAILURE (NO EXIT).LOOK AT THE PICTURE BELOW.
I went on a day when there was were literally two people working. One cooking and one taking orders and serving. I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru and I was so inconvenienced I was going to complain when I finally got to that window... but when I pulled up to that window and that server still greeted me with a smile and nice hello and asked me how my day was going and me seeing there was no one else working in there with him but a short order cook... There was no way I could be upset. It's a shame it's hard to find people who want to work and are dependable. Kudos to those two employees!!

If your DoorDash pickup instructions are going to say “please default to drive thru to pick up,” I shouldn’t be met with an attitude being told “you should always come inside to pickup,” I informed the drive thru person and all I got back was a rude “okay.” Not my problem you guys don’t update your information.

Probably will never go to this Burger King again. When I asked for ketchup or onion ring sauce they close the door in my face and wouldn't even give me straws for my drinks couldn't even get my order right wasn't even worth going back inside because they don't listen do not recommend the place to anyone....
I like Burger King because it's cold out coupons I go there all the time with Susan for this year the service is great
We had a Whopper meal combo. The food was tasteless. The food prep area needs cleaning. The staff can be better. We will not go back.
An Italian chicken sandwich is suppose to have melted mozzarella cheese, not American cheese. Not a big deal you say, if u gonna cut corners, might as well remove the patty from whopper and put fish in it. Details matter, that's why people buy what they buy
