Our service was absolutely terrible. At first it was ok but after a large party came in our waitress had nothing to do with us. Majority of the time another waitress helped us. The larger party sat down after us but got their food a good 20 minutes before us. Our waitress never came by to explain what was taking so long. Never asked us if we needed anything. After eating we waited about 25 minutes for the check. At that point we asked for a manager at the front desk. We were told the manager was too busy in the kitchen and that if my girlfriend was sitting down at the table the waitress would of known we were ready. At no point did anyone try to get a manager for us. After a 3rd miserable attempt we will never be visiting that location again
Outstanding service from the Buffo Wild Wings staff Saturday afternoon in Brunswick, GA! We had a group of about 35 adults show up unannounced and request to dine on the outdoor patio and have a good time. The waitresses handling our orders were excellent and they were able to accommodate various beverage and food request. Also, I wanted to thank the cooks and other workers in the back because our wings cooked perfectly and delivered in a very reasonable time. Overall, the service was 5 stars and I would be happy to come back with a large group to this location.
Its okay...the service here is kinda bad..only been a couple of times and got okay service. The hot wings are good and their fries. But the burgers are horrible. They look amazing but they like fall apart when u eat them. Its weird. But there is 1 thing on the menu that is a must try which is the cheese curds with CARMEL sauce...sounds disgusting buts its so delicious.
this is the worst service i have ever had. our food came out no where near at the same time. a whole 15 minutes apart for 2 people! also the order wasn’t even correct when it came out.she was very rude and didn’t greet us just went straight into asking what we wanted to drink.
I starting going to Buffalo Wild Wings more and more. So far this is my favorite place. I like their street tacos, nashville hot chicken sandwich, and asian zing cauliflower wings. Staff is friendly, service is okay, and sometime they forget to bring what you asked. I would recommend this place.
We were seated right away outside. Our server was friendly and attentive to our table and the others around us. The kitchen was falling behind and sent one plate out at a time for our 4 top with 5-10 minutes between each. It was as if they were only cooking one plate at a time.
The service is Terrible unfortunately. The TVs are too dark. No one seems truly friendly.
Funny-looking young lady with a hoop shaped nose ring copped an attitude when I asked about a pickup order. Very negative customer service experience. Why does she work here again..if I can't ask a simple question without getting a smart alecky negative answer..
Seat was filthy, sticky and had salt all over it. Table was sticky and had a film on it. Fork had water spots on it and a small chunk of something on it. Caesar dressing was more like garlic ranch. Drummies and wings must have been Ethiopian, cuz there was no meat on them. Just not a good experience, at all. That was the last time I'll step foot in any BBWs.
This was our second trip to this BWW location. We sat in the bar and had Kristen Birch as our waitress. She was one of the best waitresses we’ve had. Birch was attentive, funny, and informative. Never went without while we were there.Hubs had the Jammin Jalapeño wings. He said the wings were perfectly cooked and tasty. I ordered the Buffalo chicken quesadilla. Let me tell you there’s only been 2 BWW locations that can cook a quesadilla. Who would’ve thought a quesadilla would be that complicated, lol!!!! However, I’d have to say Taylor and Isaiah, the cooks, did an amazing job on that Buffalo chicken quesadilla. Btw I believe Savannah BWW needs some help making a quesadilla.Thank you Kristen Birch, Taylor & Isaiah for making this one of our favorite BWW locations.
