Place have good atmosphere and clean.I love that place and the staff were so friendly. Keep up the good work we will be back soon from Jacksonville FL.I enjoyed it alot ??.

I got a ginger salad and Massaman Curry. Salad wes great. Curry had great flavor but in my opinion too many potatoes an no Avocado or Cilantro which would have been great. Good service chill/sleepy vibe
Loved the drinks and food. My oysters were perfectly fried in a light batter. Unfortunately, my husband's steak was overcooked and tough. Would be willing to try again may when less busy.
Visited Basil three times, trying to give it a chance. Basil has a nice environment, but the service and food is just okay. Never been to a Thai restaurant that has bland food snd charges for hot tea refills of cheap “Lipton” tea bag green tea! If a restaurant charges top dollar, it should deliver food and service that justifies it. Skip it.
There was an enormous RAT that ran from behind the bar area to the booths across the room. We notified the waiter who did not appear shocked at all. That rat was the size of a baby kitten he has been eating good for a while. my visit was 1/16/2022
We had the tom Kah soup, lobster roll, crunch roll, pad thai and green curry. It was sooo delicious! Great beverage selection too!
Food was good. Service was pretty bad. Tried to email the restaurant so they could actually fix it and their mailbox is full. Cool. Unlikely to return.
Surprisingly good food. I don’t usually dig “pan Asian” places, but Basil does a nice job. Cool vibe and good service.Minus one star because they don’t vent the stoves and fryers in the kitchen very well. I came home from dinner smelling like a deep fryer and had to change clothes!
Our first visit was Saturday about 1pm. Nice location & inside is lovely. Our server was very nice. I ordered the Saki Roll & the Tuna Roll. It took about half an hour & we were the only customers at the time. The fish is not sushi grade; dry, rubbery, faded color, no smell at all. Not all the ingredients listed on the menu were used. No tobiko (fish roe) at all. The scallions were missing in the Tuna Roll. Most of the fish was chopped so tiny that I doubt I would have been able to taste it even if I had been able to eat it. My husband had the fried grouper roll & enjoyed it. The Thai iced tea is great. (btw, coupons from restaurant.com aren’t accepted from the app, it has to be printed out - I found that out after I had “used” it in the app - oh well, at least the tea was good.) *edited to include pic of email that shows I have 3 more coupons.
