order was cold. sent it back when I was called back, we were given wrong order. ice machine didn't work. most of the sauce dispenses were empty. employees didn't seem to care.
I wish I had gotten her name, but the young lady that took our order last Sunday afternoon around 4pm or so was exceptional! She was the model of what a customer wants when they go to a restaurant. I had stopped by with my 6 year old son for lunch before heading home. I initially thought this was going to be like the majority of my experience at fast food chains. Underwhelming food served by people whom obviously don’t want to be there. However, this young lady was polite, professional, accommodating and an all around pleasant person. She was very kind to my son whom is naturally very shy… but she even got him to open up a little. That’s saying something! Lol He had even mentioned when we were walking to our vehicle, “she was nice”! Even if our food had been “underwhelming”, I would return again just because of the customer service alone. Thankfully, our food was good as well! I don’t live in Brunswick anymore, but when I am there I will definitely be coming back there. As I said, I wasn’t able to get her name due to the fact that she was busy with her coworkers at the time, and I didn’t want to interrupt. I don’t know if she was the shift supervisor or not… but that lady deserves a raise!
Sandwiches and Curly Fries!
I haven't been to an Arby's in years but wanted to try the fish sandwich. We ordered from the drivethru and got a fish sandwich, crispy chicken sandwich, order of krinkle fries and side of mac and cheese.Both sandwiches were swamped with sauce, an absolute mess. We had ordered mayo on the chicken sandwich and the tartar sauce on the fish sandwich. Very difficult to eat these in the car.The mac and cheese was lukewarm so we didn't finish it. The fries were not in the bag.Three stars because the sandwiches would have been good if not drowning in sauce. I'm not sure if we will try it again.Edit: We tried it again and it was much better. Maybe it was just an off day last time. We will return again to try more menu items.
It's a shame that every time I go somewhere I have to check my order! These days once again they just give you what they want you to have I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and received a double chocolate chip cookie which I can't stand. And I always don't find out until I'm at work and can't go back. I thought the point of accuracy was for me not to have to check my order because they're supposed to give me the right order before it's handed out to me but everywhere I go I always receive the wrong order and if I don't check it then I'm just screwed!
The line was short but it took 10 minutes to get to the speaker to order my food. There was ONE person working g the drive thru and the front counter. She was doing an amazing job though! The food was hot and the milkshakes were cold. I love this place!
The food was really good but the service was very slow. Looked like they were training a few people in the back so I will cut them slack on that.
This place was clean and a broad selection of food items. My meal of premium chicken nuggets was hot and the fries were too. Taste was great and I'll have those again at another time.
Young lady at the drive-thru on the night shift, has great customer service and she never misses a beat. She deserves a raise ??
Other than sometimes being out of ice or out of straws there's not much bad to say, these guys do their job and are pretty clean for fast food.
