I like this place its family owned and the portions are so much bigger than the competition plus the food is fresh and cooked to order
Walked in just before closing. We were a 9 person group. The staff still provided us great service. The food was great.
Quick service. Not very communicative, for example, if you ask a question, they just walk away without saying anything, although they do come back with an answer. Nothing redeeming about this place. Chimichanga was not very fried, like barely crispy and greasy. I think the fryer temperature was too low. Also, the steak inside was so greasy the grease was all over the plate, soaked in the beans and rice. Sent back and got tacos carne asada, which were ok but on the bland side. Corn tortillas were really good though. Enchiladas Supreme (changed sauce to salsa verde) was pretty good. As we were leaving we saw almost full plates left on other tables. Not a good sign. The salsa was good though.
Good food, good service. Quesadilla was the only noteworthy standout, being overstuffed and fried with butter. Otherwise standard Mexican food. Our waiter didn't get our special requests (no tomato on one dish, don't give the kids tall, full, uncovered drinks)
The cheese dip was great! Everything else was inedible and service was awful.
Arroz mixto was phenomenal as always.Great service! Big Valentina for bonus points.
My husband & I ate dinner here. I got a tamale & hubby got enchilada & taco. Both came with beans & rice. We both loved our meal. The staff was super friendly & the decor beautiful. Will definitely return.
Seriously. This place has the best salsa. Like ... I just drove 5 hours to confirm this and after 4 years it's still just as good as I remember.
I don't know why this place was not packed. Only one other couple besides myself and my husband. The food was excellent, service was great, Margarita was very good :-) The restaurant was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly. If you're looking for some spicy Mexican food during a trip to Myrtle Beach, this is the place to go!
Some of my favorite tacos in town. If you're hungry and like a protein stuffed taco; this is the place!!
