I went through the drive through and it smelled horrible. It smelled as if they poured out waste water in the drive through area. This almost deterred me from placing my order, but if I recall correctly, there a barrier stopping you from getting out of line. I'll pass on going back here.
First off, the food here has always been great! Today the service was the worst I've ever been treated anywhere. Ordered three meals in the DT. The you lady repeated it. As we pulled up ,I only received 1 of my drinks. My daughter then asked the young man to repeat the order back. They left off a meal. No big deal. So while I'm the middle of telling the young man what was missing on the order he decided to shut the DT window in my face. I did not say a word, paid my bill, took my food and left. I will be visiting this location one more time to speak to the manager about the incident. I think as adults we deserve a Little more respect than what I got.
Can be slow at getting an order ready but great food.
buffalo range chicken sandwich was pretty gooddrive through was pretty quickservice was fast. was behind 3 cars and got my food in like 5 minutes fastbut price is on higher end for what you get
Wait is a little long for Drive thru and you really have to check your order, especially if it's a big order. Food will be left out or not right.
Good food if you like chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches. Be careful if you think about having lunch here during weekdays as they're always super busy
The Manager - Albert is EXTREMELY rude. He lacks customer service skills and isn’t professional. I was missing an item from my order, called the store and spoke with him. He said I had to bring my entire order back - I was only missing one chicken tender. I had over $30 in food. Upon returning to the store, he didn’t apologize for the mistake or the inconvenience. Although this location is right down the street, I’ll drive to another one from now on. I hope the employees don’t adopt the nasty disposition of this “leader”.
Quick service, but folks ain't have on hair nets, looking crazy when we walked in, no real enthusiasm for front counter. STOP mixing fresh & old fries together & adding all that seasoned salt! Shake the finger baskets like you're supposed to 30 secs to a minute after they've been dropped.
I live the low carb lifestyle and Zaxby's hot wings are always good for that. I love their other food of course but I keep coming back for them wings!!??
Great fast service
