After a five minute drive back to work the chicken was as cold as if pulled from a refrigerator. Fries and bread were warm and the chicken had a good flavor but was overall disappointed.
Had a VERY large order and the staff was all so nice and understanding and super fast food for the food coming out. Best Zaxbys location I’ve ever been to!
Lady over drive-thru mic had poor customer service skills. Informed me they no longer service blue cheese but failed to ask me would I like a substitution then goes on to let me order sweet tea and when I got to the window after waiting forever I was informed there’s no sweet tea. There was a employee outside the drive thru window swapping bugs with a rag, rubbing on his nose with his hand and handing people their orders. ORDER CANCELED! Will never revisit! Only went here bc Chick fil A was closed.
I came this evening for a sandwich. The person at the window asked me to pull up for 5 minutes . 5. They pulled me up at 8:23 I sat out here until 8:45. Went inside to ask for a refund and the “manager” a heavyset older brown skin dude with a blue zone shirt didn’t even know how to give me a refund. They didn’t apologize or anything . Please get better customer service
I'm writing this from the lobby of the restaurant. I came to order my food inside, and I was never greeted. The cashier was on her phone. As I started to order, she just kept doing whatever she was doing on her phone. I began ordering, and at one point, she rudely exclaimed, "Hold on!!!" I had only said two things! Then she just stared at me. According to the receipt, her name is Kimora. Then she almost walked away without giving me my second cup. My order was wrong, and I had to wait 10 minutes while it sat in the window. Regardless of age, customer service is the most important thing in a business.
Friendly and delicious. Maybe a little slow during lunch but they do their best to accommodate if the line is backed up
I don't know why I think this store will get better. The wait time is always insane, and no one communicates with one another. Two meals should not take 20 minutes in the drive thru.
This place is a joke! At 9:45pm we walked in and they told us it was closed and that drive thru was the only way to order after a long wait in the drive thru, we had to order 3 different times because they didn't have what we ordered. Then our orders were put together sloppy and messy. Worst experience at a Zaxby's
Drive-thru....They forgot to placed my 5 piece tongue torch tradition wings and dressing for salad. Call spoke manager and will grant me wings. But I will also ask for dressing packages as well.
It's bad when one of the employees call their place of employment GHETTO lol but that was exactly our experience here. The cashier was horrible, older lady. You can tell she didn't want to be there had an attitude and not friendly at all. Food was cold we were too scared to take it back.
