Twenty minutes to get through a drive through. I certain the reason they started putting people outside for ordering and immediate payment is because people were driving away after excessive wait times in the drive through.
It's ok need to step up with the drive thru its clutter during lunch use to give you lot food for your money they really slacking
The food is always good in my opinion. They just need to work on reading the receipts carefully when I order through a delivery service. They always miss something, I used to work there so I know how it go and what to expect…whoever be working the delivery area just don’t be reading the receipts or have everything ready beforehand, or they simply don’t thoroughly check the orders like they should. I shouldn’t be missing extra sauces that I paid for, and everything should be correct and made correctly. They also need to work on their drive thru layout.
By passed my order had to go check on it. It was for dine in. If I did not go check on it I would be still waiting. The employees at this location are at best Incompetent. I did not receive even I am sorry for the delay.
Zaxby's on Peach Orchard Road MIGHT be a decent place to eat IF they would hire people who can actually read an order. EVERY TIME we order from them our order is wrong. When I called to get a number to report these incidents, they say there is no one we can report it to.
The food was delicious ?? and the line was backed up but the good thing about that is they have someone waiting to take your order manually if you haven't had the opportunity to make it to the drive thru menu area
The young man who took my order never greeted me or said thank you or anything. I would have even accepted a “Drop Dead” to at least let me know I was there. I spend my funds where the employees have been trained to treat others as they would want to be treated. Won’t be back. I’ve been to numerous other Zaxby’s where I have been properly greeted and told thank you.
When I got home with my food there was no toast in the box and I ordered extra toast and it was there either. When my son went back the young man wouldn't give him but one piece if bread and want to argue with him. So I paid for extra bread only receive one price and it was cold. I order from zaxbys at least 3 time a week and this was my only bad experience.
Zaxby's is by far the best place to get great chicken sandwiches and delicious salads. Staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. Went in today to pick up a online order and as always, my order was ready and hot when I arrived. Did I mention the staff is AWESOME?! Definitely one of my most favorite restaurants. I highly recommend this place if you haven't already.
Placed order in advance. Got there and still had to wait over 40 minutes. When I finally had enough and asked for my money or my food the manager kept trying to apologize and look for a complimentary food card instead of giving me my food (which was ready sitting in window). When I explained I didn't want anything complimentary I just wanted my food it took a few more minutes to get my food. By the time I placed my order and got my order is took over a hour. I will not ever return to this location. Food was cold by the time I got home to my family. Try different location in future.
