I work for doordash and the way I was treated at this store was insane they had 5 individuals from DD in the store and one random customer all of them where African American and I was the only white person they literally made me wait 30 minutes for my order then put me through the ringer to receive the food terrible service and the fry cook thought it was funny the way I was getting treated I will never go to this location again.
Goes downhill when the good manager isn’t there. Wait times high even for estimated time to be ready, still waited 30 minutes. Bathrooms locked with people in them for over an hour doing who knows what. Ice everywhere and puddles. Tables dirty. Garlic Parmesan came out with no Parmesan. They were almost dry. Lemon pepper came out cold which makes zero sense for how long we waited. Not coming back anymore after 3 bad wing stop location experiences. Will be going elsewhere. Some serious quality control issues at several locations. Fries tiny and not crispy or fresh. Very soggy.
I placed a order for 24 dollars and they gave me uncooked wings.I called and they said no refund I will never ever go back ever again
I should have learned my lesson the first two times...Check your food before you leave! Again, check your food before you leave!! Tonight I'm missing a wing from my order, a month ago I received the wrong fries, a month before that I was missing my fries. I don't get it. This location is constantly busy during the evenings which means you'll have to wait longer than the estimated time you're given. I strongly believe that the team here is overwhelmed.
I should’ve known better from the reviews but my child wanted wings and it was late I ordered two combos $43 in total both combos missing fries. They asked me am I coming g to get them absolutely not and offered em $5 voucher have y’all lost all or a little bit of your mind? Two combos not one big that’s ok I am definitely going to get all my money back voluntarily or involuntarily through my bank.
DONT EAT HERE! Workers gave me and my whole family that ate their food, food poisoning all because I got loud with them when they got my order wrong, we have not stopped vomiting since eating from here! & they also charged my card twice for food I didn’t receive and told me to dispute it with my bank and that they couldn’t give me back my money. This place is disgusting. I will never eat here again.
Our go-to spot for lunch. Being "seniors" we usually split their generous entrees. You won't leave hungry!
Don’t eat here!! The lady that closed the other night was rude throwing stuff around the store. The chicken was soggy and you get no dipping sauce!! Find another wing place!!
Tiffany the General manager was soooooo amazing and professional!! Great interaction and assistance. Such a refreshing experience because customer service has gone to the wayside. We talked until the food was ready. Beautiful person! Definitely have the right person representing the company.
Will never eat here again don't give you ranch with you chicken and definitely needs to use more seasoning on there chicken!!!
