Took forever to get our food. Employees in the very back and in the drive thru just playing on their phones and joking around. We ordered first and we watched as several customers got their food before us. I ended up going up to the counter to inquire on the status of our order and was ignored while employees were just standing around. Once we got our food, we noticed they didn't include any of our sauces, or even napkins. Very disappointed with the augusta location and will stick to evans from now on.
I stopped at the Wifesavers on Washington rd. Got order to go the food was not good the chicken was old hard and dry. Don't know what has happened to the restaurant but they need to fix. I will not e returning. The north leg location is better. Sad and disappointed.
Anyone who has anything bad to say about WifeSaver probably needs an emergency taste bud adjustment or realignment. But, really should consider ripping it out and ordering a replacement for that dead strip of skin you call a tongue.WifeSaver has been a staple in the CSRA as long as I can remember. It was the special dinner for a week well done. It was McDonald's for Sunday's, so to speak. And now, almost 50 years later, it is still a treat.Honestly, you can ask me about just about everything on the menu. I've had it all over the years. But, my meal. My go to meal that makes me feel all warm and tingly. The very thought of it makes me dizzy with instant hunger. 4-piece Mix Chicken Dinner. Macaroni and cheese and Broccoli Casserole for the sides. "What kind of bread?", they ask. "Is that a REAL question?", I shout back. I WANT MUFFINS❗❗❗"Sweet Tea AND lemonade mix", I continue. "You mean a Arnold Palmer.", she mumbled. "An Arnold who?" Lights flash.I wake up in a cold sweat and look at the clock. 12:01, it reads. I jump out the bed like it was Christmas. Wifesaver, I'm my way.
Wifesaver is easily the slowest fried chicken place on the planet. Y'all cook the same exact thing every single day and yet it takes 30-45 minutes just to get through the drive through every time. And on top of that, Maryland's fried chicken is 100x better. Bojangles chicken is just as good and they don't ever take 30-45 minutes
I came through the drive- thru and placed my order. My ticket was correct but when I got home my order was wrong. I tried calling to make them aware of what was left out of my order and I kept getting an answering machine that wouldn't let me leave a message. This is not the first time and l've let it go before but this will be the last time because I will not patronage them any longer. I know that I'm only one customer and don't make any difference but it makes a difference to me.
Great roasted chicken, turnip greens & green beans! Inside service was VERY slow, but that drive-thru was humming very quickly. I'll never understand why some restaurants go way above & beyond for the people who want to drive by and have someone throw their food through the car window. Then all us folks who will stop long enough to come INSIDE their business get whatever effort their employees have left after the drive-bys are taken care of! Next time I will do a drive-by too!!!!!!
Awful meal, at least the employees were nice. The breaded items were all soggy and greasy and i had an upset stomach afterwards
I had lunch inside today and thought that the employees cleared the table as they have in the past. It had been a long time since I last dined in. When I was getting ready to leave one of the employees (older lady) came out from behind the counter and rudely told me that I didn't need to leave my trash on the table. I told her I didn't realize and that she didn't have to say it that way. It's not just this establishment as it seems to be the norm in most stores now.....the employees are just rude and could care less.
Food is not good at all. Broccoli and Cheese is TERRIBLE!! The staff scratching and touching her skin without gloves then touching the food as she fix the plates. I also had long string of hair inside my cup of tea.. NEVER AGAIN......?
Me and my family love this Wifesavers. The only one we prefer to eat at.The food is always fresh. Good home cooking, when I dont feel like cooking.
