Don't go to the Washington Rd location, go to ANY other location, like N. Leg. The food at all of them is pretty good but the staff at Washington Rd is horrible. Ive tried several times to call in an order, and they will straight just hang up on you. 1/4 star review for the staff at Washington Rd. If you don't like your job, quit. Stop putting us through your misery.
Very disappointed in the drive thru experience the female took 10 mins to greet me at the menu board finally took my order but she never responded or told pull around so I pulled off what's so horrible about it the business wasn't even busy at the time
The food wasn't cheap, but it was so freaking good. My only complaint is that I wish that they were a little more generous with the sides.100% will go again, next time I'm in town.
My boyfriend waited on our food for over an hour the employees had an attitude because he kept asking how long it was going to be because he had work in 20 mins. Just ordered a meal for myself and ran into a young lady named Brittany. She had good customer service skills and also made sure my food was hot. Good thumbs up to her. Thank you Brittany
Within the last 3 months the food and service has changed drastically. The food was tasteless and dry / old. My order was not correct. They also had a sign posted if you pay by card they were going to increase your sale by 3.50percent. I asked the person who identified herself as a manager about the increase and she told me "because I can and I will". With that attitude I will never go back to that location
Good Southern style flavors, make this feel like home. The banana pudding and coconut custard are my favorite deserts.
If you during lunch or dinner expect to wait in the drive through. It’s most def worth it though. My favorite items are the green beans, banana pudding, turnip greens and hush puppies. I go just for the hush puppies sometimes ?
I didn't come here for the dern fried chicken. But when you order they don't ask which one you prefer. I went back to ask for bar b que chicken and they claimed to not have it. And instead offered wife saver sauce. I said sure. So they handed me a plate of that nasty fried chicken I could've gotten at kfc!What happened to the other chicken they used to have ?
