Rudest place in town. Then somebody wanted to run their mouth at me and the cashier had her back and denied it. I won't be back
The Wendy's is currently closed for construction. The pilot is one one the worst I have visited. They had no hot water for the showers, the dryers don't heat, and the restrooms were filthy. There is no hot food at this location, just snacks. The closest restaurant within walking distance is Waffle House it's across the highway over railroad tracks.They cut the power off so that you couldn't transact any business, and the place is a hazzard because of the remodeling.Save yourself the headache and go to the next Pilot in South Carolina or the welcome center a mile up I20 East.
Card reader sucks if your chip doesn't read the best. Also, good food. Turn in the drive thru is tough for large vehicles. But good food and decent location.But they are pricier than other locations.
Walked in to order. Waited for the customer before me to get done at the register. As soon as he left and I walked up to place my order, the lady behind the counter walked away. She walked into the dinning room and started to wipe down a table, while looking at me standing there waiting to place an order. Why would you walk away from a customer without taking their order?Because of this, I walked out and went elsewhere.
I waited at the counter approximately ten minutes and no one in line and employees walking back and forth and NOBODY said a word to me so I left and went to another place where they saw me as a customer. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. Everyone should be fired. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Wendy’s. This is what happens when you come to a gas station to eat.
Went to the drive thru. I was giving my order thru the speaker, the girl with the yellow nails started yelling at someone. Then never returned to take my order. Get to the window and the employees were too busy talking among themselves to pay attention to what they are doing. Finally got to tell the girl I wanted a number 1 with unsweetened tea. After 5 minutes she handed me my food.I get home and open my burger. It has cheese and tomatoes. I didn’t order cheese, where is the rest of my burger no lettuce, onion pickle or Mayo , ketchup nothing!Pay attention!
This place was spectacular. My son was crying over a toy he didn't get. The staff was so sweet and understanding and when offered a free frosty! The generosity was outstanding.
Service is slow snail pace slow, it shouldn't take 30 minutes to get a simple burger. Lady at the register was polite but that's about it. If you're trying to grab some food real quick this isn't the place
These heifers thought I was lying about the moldy chili in my car. Don't steal from fellow minimum wagers. We are psychopaths. I think I'm sociopath personally. But who knows.
Food is good..the drive through seems to get a lot more attention than the dining in customers.. I waited almost 15 minutes just to order and I was the only one inside the restaurant. Once I ordered it took another 10 minutes to get my order. The staff is nice.
