Clean bathrooms and nice fast and friendly service at the counters. Food was ok and the seating and tables were nice and clean also.
New to Augusta and I must say, The fast food here is superb, and with the friendliest people ever.

Extremely slow and not nice but could have been issues with help. From the other reviews seems positive so they may have had an off night.
I work often in the downtown Augusta area and I have visited this particular location more than what could be considered 'a lot'. Well, not once have I been let down. My order is almost served by the time I'm finished placing it more so if I use the bathroom to wash up. The current staff is friendly and socially engaging. I really cannot say too much more except visit here if you're hungry and on a budget.
They are SOOOOOOOOOOOOO ghetto here it's ridiculous. Like. They rush you through a order and are down right rude. I don't even know why I come here but I most definitely will not be coming back and neither will my family. Even with the nice upgrades and the facade of a clean environment it's far far that.Rude managers and incompetent workers.Do better for yourself and go somewhere else.
15 minutes in line to order non fresh food. They serve one at a time and still take forever.
Long waiting time, terrible customer service and rachet employees. Shouldn't be surprised considering the area but they really showed out.
If I could give a zero I would. We just left from there and they had my food messed up I paid for basically my food twice. The young girl at drive thru better be glad she don’t work for me bc she would be unemployed. Nasty attitude rude I was trying to be honest an let her know there was no way my price was right for what I ordered it should be higher and she was nasty and rude we will not be back.. Not to mention I asked for mayo and ketchup they out of ketchup and gave me one pack of mayo
