Today was my first and last time going in this nasty place. The unprofessional cussing at each other like I wasn't standing there. The place was very dirty and nasty the tables and floor was very filthy. It was sticky around the frozenyogurt. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there was no management so unprofessional. Not a Clean place to eat at period.
The yogurt is tasty but today was my last time spending my hard earned money here. The staff are unsupervised children who have no customer service training. Nothing in the restaurant was cleaned, wiped off, or sanitized. Everything was sticky. Bugs crawling and flying on the tables. I really hope the management is able to run the cameras back to see the behavior of the staff and how unprofessional they were while addressing me and my toddler. Very very disappointed.

Solid spot for a nice cold treat in the hot Augusta weather. Conveniently located right next to a movie theater and shopping district. While there’s only a select amount of froyo flavors to choose from, there’s a great selection of toppings available to enhance the flavors. Main gripe is the pricing. The pay scale works by weight rather than size of cup, so filling your container and adding toppings serves as a demerit because you are charged way more. In order to get a decently priced serving you would have to barely fill your cup and add little to no toppings.
I came in with 2 dissabled kids! I had a small service dog! My kids have autism and are epileptic! The employee stated the owner does not want animals.., I explained and showed I’d he is a trained dog does not attack is instructed to tell if 4 or 12 year old seizes or wanders! The girl said again the owner does not care about federal law and does not want dog owners here! I spent 60 dollars! The fact this establishment does not honor disabled individuals and violates federal law is disgusting and I will not be coming back! I came with a family of 7 my adult kids was present to meet up! I am filing a report and seeking suit for ground principle! That’s a danger and liability! I get that thier are fake people that say it and mind you I was clear to this girl he was not a support dog! There’s a difference! The girl in orange had no problem blaming the owner saying he was angry and got in her about no service animals! My dog is non violent and a poodle go figure! He has trained papers and I’d ? poor management! Always a supervisor should be in but they letKids untrained work alone! That’s probably why they stay empty

The drink was alright, but they forgot to add tapioca pearls when I specifically asked for it. I got to the car and checked and they weren’t there… i walk back in the store and went “ hey i ordered them with tapioca pearls are they in there? i can’t see them lol” and they go “ yea it’s there haha” girl …. i’m looking at this drink and it’s full of popping pearls. now i’m just sad like what she lie for i already paid for it ?
Love the yogurt flavors and the amount of different flavors and all the different toppings
I love the ice cream But it is extremely expensive for the serving you receive. For what they charge you for a small bowl I can buy a 1/2 gal. ice cream at the store. Your money will go quickly at this place. But it taste great.
Love their selection! So satisfied with the extra nondairy options for yogurt and I love adding the mochi. My daughter loves their bubble teas with the bursting pearls.
