They are disgusting and I will never go back 16 dollars you will have to do better it was dry and chicken is over cook and potato not cooked either

Tired of hard potatoes. They don't let them cook long enough sometimes. Maybe depends on who's cooking?Also, one guy that was cashier one day asked a man why he wanted his order canceled.. the customer didn't have the money for it. Now, the customer didn't have to answer but my thing is, why ask someone why they want to cancel an order? Or he could have asked if something was wrong where he could've simply said No. Just cancel it instead of potentially embarrassing someone if they decide to give you an honest answer to your question. Put yourself in other people's shoes. It could have been any reasonAnd then today..the guy in front of me called in his order at 3:46 per the ticket she read out loud and it was 4:36 at that time that he came back. She did what I thought was fair and gave him a refund AND made or remade the food. That was nice.The shrimp added to my potatoes was nothing spectacular. On their own they're good, but, ya can't tast it on the potato like everything else.Other than the hard potatoes, the food is good sometimes
