I had a reservation for 1 bay for 4 people. I called 2 days before my husband's birthday to book an extra bay since we had more people coming. It was booked as an event and we had the best time. When we got there, staff was waiting for us at the front door and walked us to our bay. They had Happy Birthday signs up and took great care of us. Our server was AWESOME, I wish I remembered her name. Food was great, drinks kept coming and they brought us tons of water because it was so hot. They even brought my husband ice cream and sang him happy birthday. I will definitely be booking another event with Topgolf and we will be coming more often!
Me and my fiancé visited TopGolf of the first-time Father's day weekend. We arrived with high expectations. Thinking the menu was going be some much more. We were quickly let down. As we walked in waiting to be greeted. We decided to seat ourselves. We waited 20 maybe 30 minutes. Just when we decided to leave a manager came over and took our order, while a waitress informed us of shift change and would have to wait to place an order. Foods arrives not prepared as informed by the executive chef. We had to ask someone for silverware, napkins and straws. Now it's time to leave here we go again waiting 20 to 30 now minutes. Informed assigned waiter of lack of service including food. Here comes another manager. He was pleasant, professional and a very good listener. Thanks to his understanding will we return. Attached below are two pictures that displayed how the staff really work good together, but the customers fell like they are nothing more than a bother.
Nice random Friday night. It was a rainy day so it wasn't busy nor really late but the service was just horrible. The server knew about left handed clubs yet didn't get them until reminded twice right at 7 minutes into the game. Had they been busy it would have been more understandable but they were playing with other employees. In addition, didn't bring out beverages until the food was consumed. That soured the overall experience to an otherwise an enjoyable evening.
This place is really nice. I love the atmosphere and this is my first time at a TOP GOLF location.
They will provide left handed clubs if you ask for them. the service for food is a bit slow and tastes mediocre, nothing special. the donuts are too sugary. The field of view is very nice and it's very nice to eat and play golf at the same time. they have couches you sit on while you can watch your friends fail at golf :}for 2hrs, it's about 170 for 3 peopleI would say it's pricey but good enough for a special night out.
Smaller than other top golf facilities I've been too. But this one also had a mini golf course. It's only a single ground floor level. Service has been top notch every time I've gone. Food here is on par with most standard pub fair. The beer is slightly expensive but that's to be expected. Tuesdays are half price day and I recommend making a reservation a day in advance at minimum. It's a lot of fun. There are multiple games you can play.
We had a remarkable time at Topgolf Augusta. A great place to visit (often), great food, and golf games. We had a very tentative and super friendly host by the name of Christina. Our time there on 10 April 2022, in lane 123, was simply great. We will be back... My grandson and I had a marvelous time. This facility is amazing. I want to own one of these Topgolf. Christina thanks very much for your kindness to us. We loved Topgolf-Augusta! Christina - BEST HOST!

$60 tab plus tip for over cooked food for lunch. then waited nearly 20 mins begging for server to come get our credit card. The hot honey chicken sandwich was the best thing on the menu, now you guys cant cook that right anymore...
