The server was very awkward the whole time and it felt like she didnât really want to serve us. She kept slowing walking to the table and weirdly walking away. The food was ok. The chicken was a tough but the flavor was nice. I thought this would be the best place to take my friend for her birthday but the price I paid for my experience wasnât really the best.

Due to our Open Table reservation, we were seated right away. Lots of other people waited for a while. There were some noisy kids which took away from the ambience a little bit. The food was very good, got there in a decent amount of time and was reasonably priced. Our server was very nice and checked in on us at a reasonable rate.
Service was slow and non-Attentive. We had to ask for things multiple times and her response every time was âOh, I forgotâ. Ordered a steak med-rare, came out well done. They remade it. Got food when my family was all done. Food didnât have much flavor at all. It had been a while since we had last eaten there. We had hoped it had improved from our last visit, but it didnât. Food is over priced for what you get.
We dine at Chop House often, and we enjoy it everytime!!! The food is always very good. We usually have a great waiter/waitress. The management team is excellent!!!
