This location is hit and miss. Some days they're great and some days they at like the customers are bothering them.

I brought a subway club and my bread is wet can't eat it and I ask for my bread to be toasted but it's not. I got one two days again and it was made like I asked and the worker toasted my bread and fix my sandwich the way I wanted it.
The staff members are awesome Alix and Alexis has huge smiles and was a pleasure to order from them!

I picked up a salad for my uncle. He enjoyed it. It was done correctly. There was one person working in there on a lunch rush so they also are on an employee crunch right now
Very disappointed in the management of this Subway. I had an online coupon and I couldn't get the "code" for it so I asked the manager if she could assist me with it. She was basically like a deer in the headlights and clueless and walked back to the back of the store. She never returned. After waiting patiently I had to go to the end of the line, and waste even more of my time. Sorry, I'm not returning to this location, ever again. Staff was dressed sloppy, no hair restraints and no masks. Being at the very heart of the medical district you'd think they would have enough sense to wear a mask. Nope. This store needs a surprise visit from the corporate office at the very least!

This place has never failed me in literally hundreds of my online orders this year. Not a single mistake. They are the hardest working, most cheerful staff in the world and take great pride in what they do. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
