The staff is friendly and welcoming. I will admit that the drinka are usually pretty inconsistent compared to most Starbucks locations.

Unfortunately, the staff is still a concern. They have made some improvements but some of their attitudes are an issue. You can feel how much hate they have for their job from the moment you walk in, it's written on their face. It's not a comfortable location to visit. The disgusted look and or glares almost always happen when you add something extra to your drink. It occurs with the same people and it doesn't matter what time you go in. Overall, a lot of their behavior and attitudes are unacceptable and down right disrespectful.The drinks are a hit or miss. Either it's good or it's really bad. There's no in-between. They run out of things often and don't always add the changes you ask for to your drink. They may also serve their friend first even if you were ahead of them.On the plus side the location is clean.Personally, if there was another location to go to, I would go to that one over this. They have a lot they need to improve on, mainly with their staff.
I’ve been a regular customer here for close to 2 1/2 years and after my interactions this morning, I give up on this location. The amount of disrespect and audacity some of this staff has to be rude and act as requesting a straw is such a disservice to them is ridiculous. One day I’m treated with hellos and the next day Im a complete and total bother to them just walking up to place my order.
Drink was full of plastic pieces every sip. Absurdly dangerous, idk how that happens.

Rude cashier ... rather than take the order of the couple in front of us he called us out for “needing to social distance” however we were standing on a specified spot designated by the store. 4 customers three baristas and instead of doing his job in a timely manner he would rather reprimand people for no reason ... we left I’ll get coffee off base.
I just ordered a caramel cloud macchiato this morning drove 3 minutes home and DIDN'T take ONE sip from this, when I get out my car it looks like this. I've ordered this drink plenty of times, so it was made incorrectly. I noticed the top was a little bubbly when I got it, which it's not supposed to be. There's absolutely NO cloud foam on it now.
As always, great drinks. But the lady working the register was so rude.
