Please get better equipment. I went for the drive true and the keep saying that they don’t hear me. When I get to the window they don’t say even hello and then after 5 min waiting at the window they said they can’t take my order there.
The drinks taste like what we expect but this review is being given due to the irregular hours. Scheduled an interview this morning here and left early just in case. The lady I was interviewing suggested this location and I already suspected there would be an issue. The store was closed so we went elsewhere. It’s Thursday.. The irregular hours is just not it.
I think it's under new management & started opening at 8:30. Got there at 8:25 & waited until 8:35 just to find out they were closed for the day. SERIOUSLY NO ONE COULD HAVE PUT A NOTE ON THE SPEAKER?? This has been my favorite place for awhile but if this is how it's going to be under new management, I'll have to find a new favorite spot. I know now the cars in the parking lot wasn't employees put other disappointed customers checking the door (I wished I had paid more attention to them now)?? Closed on a Thursday June 30th will reopen Friday July 1st ??
Never know when they will be open. They may open in the evening so you think they will be open in the morning lights on cones not blocking drive thru but closed . This happens often at this store
Just got my drink from the Bobby Jones Starbucks and it honestly is the best drink I've ever had in my entire sad life. For once I can feel true happiness, thank you Molly for giving me another reason to get out of bed. Your drinks are sweeter then the cold release of death, God bless America.
This is consistently the slowest Starbucks I've been to in and around the Augusta area when going into the cafe.Repeatedly having to confirm my basic order of espresso with cold water.
Get coffee here a lot in Martinez and must say the staff are always amazing and the drinks I get are always good. No complaints.
