Great customer service! Lobby is closed until further notice because some people don't know how to treat the staff. Always 1 to mess up a good thing.
Friendly service but I ordered a caramel mocha Starbucks drink and instead I got some type of chocolate drink and I had no time to get a refund or the right drink because I was in a rush to get to my first stop in the morning
Every time I have visited this Starbucks that disappoint me. They are excessively slow. They close randomly. My most recent experience I ordered online since I was in a hurry thinking this would avoid any of these issues I've had before. Totally wrong... They close the cafe doors completely and then direct those that ordered ahead to wait in the drive through line to pick up their drink... I had to wait in a long line just to tell them I already ordered 20 mins earlier. They still had not made the drink and had to find the ticket. Then make the drink and told me to pull around the front.Though they were very nice. This is not the type of quick service that I needed on this day nor what I have been able to expect from any other Starbucks. Don't think I'll be giving this Starbucks any more chances of my business
Don’t do a mobile order. Twice I have done so only to find cafe closed due to “safety” and sign directing you to pick up order thru drive thru which had a long line and wait time. Mobile orders are to avoid long drive thru lines. Avoid
Google says they are open. There is a sign and when I put in mobile order it said they couldn't fulfill my order. No one answered the drive through and 2 employees sitting and looking at their phones can be seen in my photo. I was just passing through on travels and wanted a pick me up. How are employees getting away with not working while on the clock. That's terrible for the bottom line and I wouldn't be surprised if this cafe is closed. Also the sign is dated 2/24 it could probably use an update.
This location is not quite the clean you expect from a Starbucks. Inside and the property all around is pretty I kept. ?Use to be out stop heading out of town.
They need to close down for a few days and go get the proper training on how to make the drinks from the one on Bobby Jones or peach orchard Rd a complete waste of my ? well my kid got lucky and had two this morning. Highly dissatisfied then when you call they want pick up the phone .
The service is good but there is no quality control. The Frappucinos tasted like Dirty WaterI would see if they should check their ice machine or something. Something tasted really off and got my stomach upset.
Very efficient. Went at rush hour (730am) and there were tons of cars in line. I was still through the drive through in about 3 minutes.
I’ve given this Starbucks a pass so many times. Today I place an order in the app for in store pick up. I get to the store and again there is a sign on the door that reads something like “if you ordered in store pick up go through the drive through. We are sorry for the inconvenience.” I was already going to 2 different stores so I could get all the items I wanted and that was ok but waiting in drive through 20 mins when I order for in store pick up is sad. Update the app (so I’ll know) if you are not going to allow me to pick up my items in store! Don’t lie. They had a sign in drive through stating the same thing and it was dated the 24th. Two days ago so you had plenty of time to update the app. It’s one thing to order an item and get to store and find out that it’s not available. That I understand. Messing up orders I understand. I even understand if you don’t offer in store pick up. I don’t understand how you have had no in store pick up for days and it says in the app that you do!
