They were going to charge $6 for a water add strawberry puree. "We have to charge you fora specialty tea." ? Just for the record I order this whenever I travel along with my iced latte and they charge me $1for the water. Not today apparently. How much is lemon water?
This is the fastest drive thru service in the mornings before 12. There has to be a completely different staff running the place in the afternoons, because their service slows down tremendously!
Consistently good coffee and snacks. Great place to get us started on our trip to the beach.
Staff here is usually very quick to fulfill orders. Most times I use the Starbucks app for a easy pick up. Friendly baristas greet you upon arrival. The parking & drive thru are to be desired because of the area is ridiculously congested & tight. Service, however, is on par.
Wonderful customer service. Very nice. The reason for 3 stars who ever does the inventory count for shipment needs to do better

The employees at this store are awesome! I ordered ahead in my app and for some reason it switched to a Starbucks location too far away. I called that location to cancel the order and this location made the food and drink I ordered based off my receipt. Huge thank you to Jess!
At the Drive through they ask u ur name and it is all a pleasure from there it sounds as if they have amazing employers.
I go to this Starbucks a lot and they’ve never gotten my order wrong before but today I did a mobile order and they were out of coconut milk and oat milk so I ordered almond but after I started drinking the coffee, I began having an allergic reaction because they used real milk instead and I have a mild allergy. Broke out in hives and my stomach and face are swollen.
Awfully inconsistent. Hours are inconsistent. Staff are inconsistent. Inconsistent services- mobile order unavailable, items out of stock in the app but available in store. Unfriendly staff. Friday I walked in waiting on my mobile order and a female staff asked me if I was “Brett”, I said no then she snapped at me and asked what my name was. After telling her my name and that I had a mobile order, she practically threw the drink at me then asked “you don’t need a straw, do you?” Complete incompetence. NONE of these problems exist at any other store. This morning, store is closed until Tuesday.
