Checked out for a grande coffee and barista forgot to ring up espresso shot. Manager or whoever proceeded to yell at her for not charging us and before handing us drink, she ordered us to go back to front and pay for the expresso shot. The cashier was great even after getting belittled in front of customers and proceeded to check us out a second time with the same good attitude as the first.
Ordered a grande white chocolate mocha and it tasted like burnt leather. How do you mess this up?! No line and was just standing around.
Three people working. Only one was doing any work. The other two girls stood to the side and wouldn't take my order. Looked at me didn't acknowledge me. Disrespectful and had a huge line, they did not care and continued to stand there. Waited 10 mins to order and left, so did the four people behind me.
My cashier was awesome and my food was prepared promptly. Not bad for a Starbucks within a grocery store at all!

Ok just ok. It was clean. It took 25 minutes to get my order. Which I thought was weird. 10 minutes tops you know
This location is in Kroger and they are so wonderful! Quick nice and always so freaking pleasant!
