I have been to this location 3 times in the last 2 weeks between 05:15 and 05:30. The only barista said they were closed due to lack of employees showing up to work. This is irritating me.
Ok I get it. Times are hard right now and staffing is short but that doesn’t give people the right to be rude and nasty. I go to Starbucks everyday and have been for many years. I seem to always have my customer service issues at THIS STORE. When a person drinks coffee everyday they notice a difference when it’s not made correctly. I called one time in the past and the STORE MANAGER asked questions about taste and it was fixed the next day. This time it was a young lady. She said we make it the same everyday may it’s missing syrup even after establishing what I ordered doesn’t have it. Then said we can make it again. Sorry, but remaking it from the same nasty coffee won’t fix it. Also, I’m at work already. Find out who made it, ask what they did and figure out the issue like the STORE MANAGER DID. Then it’s like she wouldn’t tell me when he would be in, said how can I help you over and over. When I tried to respond she hung up on me. I have worked with the public for 10+ years. This is not how you handle it. I will drive to another store before dealing with rude people who take no responsibility.
$6 Caramel macchiato and they can't give me a straw bc of warehouse issues. MAKE A SIGN WHERE YOU ORDER PEOPLE!
Usually go to NA store where I work and live, but occasionally run errands on the south side and stop here for breakfast. I’ve been given a venti latte with only hot milk and water. A cold bacon Gouda and egg sandwich with ice cold ‘scrambled’ egg in it. Caramel brûlée latte with absolutely no flavoring. All in one week. Over it. Do better.
Let me say . this is the most unprofessional Starbucks I have ever had the horror of visiting. The staff was by the worst and did not represent Statbucks In a manner in which the company would approve and I will never spend my money here again.
Worst starbucks I've been to in the area. Ever single time, literally every single time, they don't add extra to anything it's like they decide to reduce what I've asked for. Haven't gotten a proper order done that tasted good in a long time.

I always keep a draft because I know businesses doyhisThis review will be really light today. .it had become the slowest location. 20 minutes minimum in line. I've waited over 30 minutes plenty of times. It's unacceptable. It is EXTREMELY frequent. And we can leave earlier for school and work planning on our visit here and STILL be late after visiting this location. It is ridiculous. Therefore, if you order food in the app or drink, by the time you get it it is cold and the drink is watery
Been in Georgia my whole life and this was my first time having Starbucks. This location made it so perfect I think this may be a new routine for me!!! I give 5 stars because service was amazing and my frappe was perfect! I’ve been here on two separate occasions and the service was the same regardless of race. Amazing!! Literally obsessed now!

i’ve been getting the same exact drink from Starbucks at least five days a week for the past 10 years. Today I ordered through the app and somehow accidentally ordered from this location which is 30 minutes from my house LOL but I don’t regret it. The line was super fast and I got to the window and had the best service I’ve ever had from a Starbucks. The workers gave me sincere compliments and were incredibly sweet but they also made my drink perfectly. not only that, but they made it super cute. They put matcha powder on top of the whipped cream which is a super simple thing to do but it made me so excited to see. Luckily this location isn’t far from Augusta University, so I might just make the extra drive after school to keep coming back here. I wish I got their names so management could know how great they’re doing
