Why do you even bother having the sonic app when you don't have stall numbers anywhere on the stall? Do you not realize you must enter in your stall number on the app to check in to have your food brought to you. And 80% of your stalls screens do not work so you can't use your card to pay and personally I do not like giving my debit card to someone who has to walk away and go inside where I cannot see if they are stealing my card number and 3 digit security code on it. Yall just spent all that money remodeling the place but couldn't fix your ordering screens. And $7.00 for a large blast.. It's just ice cream and a tiny scoop of toppings.
This location is a poor representation of the company I was just trying to get two hot dogs and they just could not seem to get the gist of what I was saying please hire people that can take a order in an orderly fashion!!!
Use to be great. Service has really declined. They ckear put your order and say they are on the way 5 mins before they actually bring your food. Then you get the food and it's burnt. We love half price slushies in the app though.
Drive through is extremely slow. I got tired of waiting. Pulled into a stall, ordered and had my order in hand before the car I was behind in the drive through had placed their order. There were only 2 vehicles ahead of me in line at the time too.
I ordered an unsweetened iced tea and there was so much ice and so little tea, I had to wait until it started to melt to get a good sip...
Prices way to high. Was right over 5 Dollars for a corn dog and sprite. Took 25 minutes to get cheese sticks and a medium drink. The drive thru cleared out 5x while I sat at a bay waiting.
This Sonic is pretty fast, and the food and service are good. They sometimes forget to put the add-in flavor into my tea, though, or don't give me the condiments I request on the order.
Fast service and food was really hot. Very Delicious food to me. I don't have any problems at all with this Sonic on Mike Padgett Hwy.
Sonic is a good place, for quick trips. I personally prefer their desserts.
The girl who was my carhop was very nice! The food was the worst! The first order of onion rings were so hard on outside they fell apart when u nite them but the onion was hard when u bit it and second order was so greasy and the batter was soggy and wet. Wasted 9.00 won't do it there ever again!!!
