First I must say the pizza is great, my wife went yesterday for lunch. However when looking around the place is super nasty. We got there around 1pm, the tables were dirty, and sticky! Floors were dirty, I’m sure they were not cleaned the night before. The ice machine has mold growing on the dispenser…MOLD. I couldn’t enjoy my pizza wondering how the kitchen looked compared to the dinning area. This place needs to be closed for a day and a deep clean performed!
We have been going to Roma's Pizza for years. We used to go to the old location before the Regal Cinema was build. It has always been and will probably remain the best pizza in the CSRA. We absolutely love it. I can't say enough about how great a restaurant Roma's is. My only gripe is that I don't live closer so we could go there more often than we do. I believe I would go there every single day if I could. Our sort of tradition is to go to Roma's for pizza and then go across the street and then watch a movie. If you've never been, you owe it to yourself to go. You won't be disappointed.
I had never been to this restaurant, but my dad is in the hospital and it was nearby. After a 50-minute wait (they were not busy), my husband finally walked to the counter to check on our order. As soon as the cook saw him he pulled out a bag and put our order on plates. Note, mind you, the cook was the one who took our order. (Again, they were not busy.). My husband ordered a ham, pepperoni, and Italian sausage calzone. He received one with spinach and no Italian sausage. He does not eat spinach. The crust was horrible because it had been steaming in a bag all that time. We sure didn’t have time to place a reorder. This restaurant, for me, was one and done. It was a total waste of money and time.
I think they have near the best pizza I ever had in my almost 50 yrs of life, and I am from the 2nd pizza capitol New York.
I ordered online, and the order estimation was accurate. The original estimate was updated, pushing it out for about 20mins, and I was updated via text. I was greeted after I walked in a reasonable time by a female associate before reaching the pickup location. She asked the specific details of an associate then came back with further information on how much longer it would be before it was ready. Once it was completed and boxed, it came to me piping hot at the counter. A male associate asked if I needed anything else before I grabbed the goods and said thank you, and exited the establishment. It was a typical good experience. I will be back. Keep it up! Even though I know, some days are more complicated than others but continue to be warm and inviting, and we will keep coming.
Ok to start, the pizza is amazing here. It used to be my favorite pizza place in the area. Unfortunately the staff is making it an undesirable place to go. Not only is the staff rude, and but they won't even take an order anymore if they're within 2 hours of being closed. Half the time they close at 10, half the time at 9, and I have called several times around 800-815 ( when my local business closes) to place an order to pick up a pizza and was told they're not taking anymore orders. Also have had my whole family there and been rushed out the door. Very disappointing because this has been our family's favorite pizza spot since I was little. Hate to see it going in this direction.
Good local Pizza. I love this place. They are just missing some video games...lol. the Zeppoles are great also.
Pizza taste very good but thin and floppy like toilet tissue. Not with 2$ more like 1$ slice but still taste good. I forgot to take a pic of my floppy slice to share lol

This is my favorite pizza in the Augusta area. Their cheese pizza is especially delicious, and the slices are huge and filling. I would give this place a try if you’re in the area!
