I waited in line 45 minutes only because my husband really wanted it. When I get to the window I see why. None of the workers seemed to be in any kind of hurry even though the line was wrapped around the building ?. After waiting for so long I made sure my order was correct and fresh and it was. As it should have been because they seem like they really took their time.
This Popeyes deserve a one star just like the tobacco rd store as well. Stores always have trash all over the place. Employees have no good customer service skills and chicken is never ready, corporate really needs to come down. Love their chicken but really hate going due to the service.
It was stupid busy and really not the best. This used to be the best Popeyes in Augusta. But not anymore, order was wrong, parking lot with a giant hole in it. My truck went in and then came out. Good thing I don't have a little car.
Slow, and the chicken is old. I pay for fresh not old and dried out with crust that hurts to chew. I thought better of this establishment until I ate there.
Food was hot and yummy. Manager was super nice. Dropped strips for us even though it was closing time! Awesome staff and location!
The location is great, but Whoever gives this Popeyes a 4 ⭐ LIED!!!! For the price I pay for my meal, I expect my order to be correct, the food to be good and great service but the service was very slow and rude, they ran out chicken, the order was wrong and the lobby was not clean. Waited 10min b4 the front counter acknowledged his guess...not even an hello or thank you!!! Better take notes from Chick-fil-A!!!!!
This Popeyes can never get an order right I ordered 120 dollars worth of food!!!!! I was missing a gallon of sweet tea, half a gallon of Hawaiian punch, a 3 piece dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy, and 2 large orders of red beans and rice!!!! When I say im beyond p***** I am!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!! I WOULDNT JAVE GIVEN IT ONE STAR IF I DIDNT HAVE TOO!!!!!!!
1st off I want to say as long as the wait was at least the flounder fish sandwich thats out was fresh and amazing! And hope Popeyes keeps this one period!2nd. Customer service was not friendly and I only went to this location out of convenience.3rd. There was an advertisement for cookies but I was informed they no longer sell it though. 2 things here while im at the window I wasn't greeted just told my total, then handed my food as I noticed like everyone else prior yo me like ok here's your food get out my line. It was too early like a little after 10am for this type of attitude well period. I get it if they may be short thats a lot of places unfortunately but Chick-fil-A doesn't provide attitudes like this.4th go here if you must cause gas isn't getting cheaper but if you must go at your own discretion.
Waited over 20 minutes in drive through to be greeted by pleasant staff who have the thankless job of telling us there are no chicken sandwiches, no lemonade and no unsweetened tea. The staff was kind enough to offer alternatives trying to meet our needs and even told us to have a blessed night which is why they have three stars instead of one.
I love this place! Decide to eat here very last minute because we happened to pass by here. The chicken sandwich was a little dry, but overall, the best chicken there is!
