I waited around 45min and the girl who gave me the food made me yell out the order like 6 times. After that she told me that I had to wait 10min for my shrimped popcorn… the sangwish was made lightly and had 2 tons of mayonnaise when I asked for no mayonnaise. The sides were cold from the fridge and the staff is the most ghetto in Augusta.
The most ghetto, unprofessional, rachett Popeyes I've ever been to. The cashier in drive-thru greeted us by saying "Go head bruh!". Non of their fountain drinks were working so we could only choose lemonade or Tea. We were charged an up charge for the lemonade. When the cashier opened the window, her shirt was tied in the front with her belly chains showing. We had to wait 30 minutes for our food. It was fixed sitting on the counter because the cashier refused to give us our food. She was busy playing with her manager. They are very slow and full staffed. I would never again visit there!
This was probably the first time at this resturant, which had very good cooked food and a very sharp little cashier. But nothing to make me won,t to come back rather dead there. But in a money making area? I must add I will return the quality things I saw was a clean restaurant with clean rest rooms employees in clean uniforms.
So, I live in North Augusta and will admit I forget about this Popeyes!! Well I went this afternoon and I extremely impressed!! The cashier was very attentive, made sure she keyed our order in correctly and asked I check the receipt to make sure she had it correctly! The food was EXTREMELY hot and fresh. They got our order perfectly perfect! ALL employees were very friendly and seemed to love their job. I will absolutely be back and will not forget about this location again.
Took 25 minutes to get our order. Customer service was atrocious. Kept getting dirty looks from certain members of staff despite being very understanding with the wait time. When I thanked the employee for my order I wished him a good day like i do any one working food service. He just gave me this nasty look for no apparent reason. The restroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I have worked in restaurants for 20 years and have rarely seen a staff that looked so unhappy to be there as I did here. The food was good, no problems there as long as you're not in a time crunch. That being said I will NEVER eat here again. Horrible experence.
They don't care what garbage they serve you. Customer support and the restaurant is totally okay with letting customers get sick. No wonder the employees are rude and don't care. They are run by apathetic and negligent management. Avoid at all costs!
I had to pull up for 15min. for 3 classic sandwiches,so the tender meal I paid for was cold so I had to go inside to get more tenders n get the sandwiches.It was raining really hard too.
I loved the chicken and fixings, service could have been better. Go inside, do not use the drive thru.
Long wait in drive through, guy taking order was brash and unapologetic. Once food order was ready, there were no words of thanks or professionalism. Popcorn shrimp was fried with tails attached. It was very stale with no seasoning. Chicken was also stale with seasoning in 1 small area. I did not finish the meal. I had ordered 2, one to take he to wife. I threw it away. Will not go there again and do not recommend
Walton Way @ Gordon Hwy locationI purchased a 5pc chicken tender combo with red beans and rice and upgraded the drink to a frozen strawberry lemonade. The one thing I like about this location is the staff's friendliness. They also have great manners. This is something you don't always get at fast food establishments that often have to do mass hiring. Yeah, its a busy location most if the time, but if there is a wait they are kind about it. The food is always piping hot. Their chicken tenders and frozen lemonade is a fav with the kiddos. Their rice is never, ever stale or hard. Kiddos to this location!
