Great customer service, she helped me choose which one to get and even offered to blend it more if need! Definitely will be going back to get more smoothies!
Customer service here is horrible and the speed in which they move is just unacceptable. On June 6th 2018 there was 9 associated behind the counter and with 3 registers open took 5 minutes just to get help.
They’re always out of everything. Tired to order several different types and they out of ingredients for the first 3 I tried to order. They’ve been out of whey protein for a solid month.
Terrible smoothies period.

Never had an issue with the taste of anything I’ve ordered. However they move at a snail’s pace to do anything so if you are in a hurry and you see they have customers then go somewhere else. It takes at least 15 minutes per smoothie for them to make it because they don’t know what they are doing and have to look up what to put in everything you order.
This place slacks everything from good customer service to tasty smoothies. I ordered the twigs and berries and it tastes like ice with food coloring. The girl behind the counter seemed annoyed taking the order, didn't even say thank you or nothing. Ridiculous!
2:00 is not a good time to order anything, person behind the counter of planet smoothie and the person at auntie Anne's were both too busy to recognize me and my wife. After about 5 minutes of waiting at the register I asked if i was able to order anything, auntie Anne's lady ignored us and the woman at planet smoothie mumbled something inaudibly about a smoothie she was making. It shouldn't be this hard to order a pretzel that's already been cooked 🙃
