I think they ran out of sauce for the New York style pizza. Mine definitely didn't have much.
I ordered pizza and chicken wings for the family through the app. Once the order was supposedly ready and confirmation text was received, I went to pick it up and when I got there, my order wasn't ready and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order. How about making sure the individual's order is ready before sending out messages stating it's ready for pickup.
First I would like to say that the service I receive is always GREAT ? I want to shout out Mayah she always have a smile and always have what I need ready whether it be napkins,plates, or anything I need without me having to ask. Thanks for being great from y’all favorite customer ?
So much better than little Caesar’s pizza. :D especially the stuff crust pepperoni ? no complaints
My son is asst manager here & the food is always hot, fresh, & delicious! You'll never be disappointed! The customer service is top notch, too! A must visit when your craving pizza! Go by & enjoy!!!
In the past I have had positive experiences with this Papa Johns, however, the last 3 or 4 orders have taken a long time to be delivered. My most recent delivery was estimated to be an hour, and it was an hour and a half before I received my food.60 minutes is already quite a while for a single pizza, but I remain patient as I was already told it could take that long. The half hour on top of that was just plain aggravating. For reference, this Papa Johns is 10 minutes from my house.Taking into account travel time, the time of day I ordered and potential for traffic, I still found it a little ridiculous for a single pizza to take an hour and a half.I will order from here again, I just hope that delivery efficiency improves on my future orders.Complaints aside, the food is always accurate and fresh.
Wow guys. Where are my sodas?Too bad they were closed when my kids told me the soda was missing.How hard is it to grab two bottles of soda when you're getting the order ready to go out on delivery?When they place a sticker on the box that clearly lists the sodas.Why did I tip 9.50 for this?
The staff were very nice but the pizza was terrible. The crust was tough and it had almost no taste. I've bought supermarket pizza that is better. Will NOT be going back.
Had a pizza and desert delivered by Andrew. The pizza was great and Andrew provided great customer service!!
Placed a pick up order an hour ago and got notification stating order was ready. Arrive to it not being ready and stand there for ten minutes before they even get my order in the oven. Hopefully changes in the future.
