The wait staff and service was very polite, engaging and helpful. Food came pretty fast. Weak alcohol drinks taste watered down even when asked and paid for top shelf. I've always enjoyed the Italian margaritas for years this was 1st time the drinks taste like no alcohol was in it. My daughter had hard strawberry lemonade and she had the same problem. My food looked like it spent a few hours roasting in an tanning bed they did replace the pasta. My review would have been lower if it weren't for the wait staff.
Had a very nice lunch at the bar...it was oddly crowded at all the tables (I believe there was an event). The salad was great...so big I knew half of it would have to accompany me home. Had a nice plate of garlic shrimp and angel hair pasta, light but delicious lunch. A nice glass of wine to compliment. Friendly Staff, value for the lunch time price. I did add extra garlic to my meal...I like it extra spiced. Thanks ?
Our waitress, Tanisha, was fantastic. It was slightly busy but she was attentive to our party of 7. The bar service was horrible! We ordered drinks at the bar while we waited for a table. The bartender told us that she would have our server bring us our drinks. It took another 10 minutes after being seated to get them. I had to go back to the bar after another 10 for the one non-alcoholic drink we order and was almost charged twice for it. The eggplant was fine but the chicken marsala was awful! Way too heavy on the salt. I took one bite and spit it out and didn't touch the rest. Another member of our party ordering the stuffed shells with shrimp. The shells came out with no shrimp. Tanisha was kind enough to offer to have them cook the it and bring it out but by the time that would happen the rest of the food would be cold so we just had her adjust the bill. If it wasn't for Tanisha I would have rated our experience one star.
Our waitress is new in the restaurant industry and you could never tell. Her name is Caroline and she is a student working hard to accomplish her goals. She did a fantastic job serving us. Thankful to see young people working hard with integrity and heart these days. She made the experience very pleasant. She understood the assignment
Our server, Amber, was absolutely, hands down, one of the NICEST and most HELPFUL people I’ve ever met. They went above and beyond, and even cut my baby’s grapes for us. I wish I could give 10 stars for their work alone. I called management today and let the manager on duty know and I hope corporate sees this and gives Amber the recognition they deserve.
Dined in tonight , our waitress was " KK" . there were multiple parties around us complaining about such Minor things and she did such an awesome job handling them and even informed management of the little things. She kept a smile on her face. She shrugged it off and got back to us happy bubbly and made the experience extra great because it did not mess her up one bit. The issues were the kitchens fault things she couldnt have predicted. She even made sure to keep our bread sticks warm . Such a pleasureable experience . Thank you.
Our server was tee and she was outstanding! Amazing with our 4 year old and the drinks she made us was wonderful. The light she brought us really makes this place shine. Food was also wonderful! Will definitely be back
We have been here 22 times in the past year and a half. We have had onpar service most of the time. We have had only had TWO times with above par service, and it was truly stellar service. The front of house always seems to have an attitude. Our waiter/waitress will normally have us sitting at the table without any acknowledgment for an average of 5-10 mins. We normally the same thing every time, and get the soup and salad. We can count on one hand how many times we were asked what we wanted on the salad or even if I want soup. They always seem to give attitude when my spouse says what they want on the salad. The main issue is the attitude of the staff. Food is always good.
Classic service from start to finish! Very friendly servers, clean atmosphere, and deliciousfood. As best they could, they socially-distanced the guests (a plus, considering the spread of the virus). I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this location!
Real time review. Currently sitting here going on 30 mins and not one of the 3 server that has walked pass me has taken an order or at least given a head nod to acknowledge that we are alive. I hope the food is worth the wait.
