I ordered for my family and after paying they immediately told me to park and they would bring it out. After 20 min an associate came out and asked me what I was waiting for and I provided her my receipt. She informed me that she had given my order to another person. No apology, no expression, and no act to try to resolve. After an awkward pause, I told her she could take my receipt inside to remake my order if needed. She went back in and after another 15 min they bring my food out. I had to send them back again to bring my drinks with still no apology. 45 min doesn’t seem very fast at a fast food restaurant. Most sit in restaurants would apologies, try to offer a refund, offer free food or something to try to resolve… I’m starting to feel customer service is a thing of the past.
As far as McDonald's goes, this isn't the worst one around but not the best either. Line usually goes pretty fast m but seems like there's something always a little off, not necessarily items missing but like hard buns or something. Other than that, customer service is definitely tolerable and we go here pretty often.
Horrible staff... Even worse customer service. Ordered the Deluxe Crispy Chicken meal. Got to work, the tomatoes were sitting on top of the sandwich, and there was NO bottom bun! ?
The idea to order through the app is to expedite your order. At the time of posting almost 45 min since order has been paid for, tried calling the store, tried knocking on the door… went through the drive through and they questioned my order, but had me pull to the first parking spot after drive through…. I don’t mean to come across as a nit-picky individual, but completely unacceptable. Just finished grocery shopping, and figured I would swing in and grab dinner for the kids… guess not… came out from inside 20 min later and brought out 3 Big Macs and a chicken sandwich. Beyond upset….
Nice staff, clean place, but the food will usually just be thrown together in a rush. I know it's fast food, but all the mayonnaise meant for my entire sandwich shouldn't all be in the first two bites, you know what I mean?
Would rate lower if I could. Always get my order wrong and the employees have the worst attitudes and I’ve never seen people care less about their job choose a different McDonald’s if you want to stay in a good mood
Got our orders messed up, left off 3 hamburgers and 2 fries, long wait and we walked inside........similar problems with customers behind us, this McDonald's on North Belair by Wells Fargo needs competent staff, one big shocker was their ice cream machine was working lol!
Left screen not working in drive thru, workers were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The food was hot and delicious
Was getting food at this McDonald’s and the cashier at the pay station was having a little trouble. I overheard one of the managers come back there to assist him but also mention that she wasn’t going to be back there all day helping him. I got a little upset with hearing this. F you don’t want your employees to keep asking for help then make sure you train them right
This group does not do the best job. Old food, cold food, forget your apple pie, forget your fries. Maybe they need more help. They are always slammed.
