I have never had a problem with the location. The pizza is always ready when they say it will be. Everything I have gotten is good :)
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Your New General Manager Tim is extremely RUDE . I placed my order online and called in to confirm that I did not want the bread for the sub and just asked for the toppings to be placed in a bowl . Tim told me he would not do it like that because it comes as the receipt says.. I informed him my receipt will say no white bread so instead of making my order he cut me off while I was speaking and he told me he was going to cancel my order AND hung up in my face all because I didn’t want the bread with my sub !! Wrote to Corporate and will Never go to this location again !!
I was staying in Augusta on business and did not want to drive back out into traffic once I got to my hotel. I really love salads especially when traveling. Called Marcos and ordered a great chicken Caesar salad. The order came super fast. The person who answered the phone and the delivery person were very nice. I would highly recommend using Marcos for delivery.
Paid $15+ for 1 medium pizza that was the size of a small at other pizza places and cost twice as much. It was way overcooked so it was more like a really crunchy pizza cracker.
All of the employees did not have gloves on and the manager Tim processed my payment cash and went back to laying out the dough for the next order with bare hands. I told him when handling food he should be wearing gloves. He advised that he does not have to and he will not accept the pizza back when I advised that I no longer wanted my order. He was rude and advised that I can go to the County of Columbia and report it if I’d like. In which of course I will. That’s not sanitary and the customer service with his response was disgusting. Never again!!!!
THIS RESTAURANT CHANGES PRICES AS IT SEES FIT?♀️ This is not the first time I've had to deal with Marcos medium 1 topping special going from 7.99 to 13.99 at the location on Furys Ferry Rd in Augusta, Georgia. I have been a loyal customer for years, sometimes we'll order a pizza two times a week! But I realize that this store will inflate the cost of the medium one topping pizza whenever they choose. The second location on WALTON WAY Ext has a set price of 7.99 at all times. I've had to call Walton Way Ext to confirm that the price is still 7.99 and how upsetting it is to find out that Marcos Furys Ferry is hiking the price!! On line the pizza is even advertised for 7.99 but still this location told me that you could only get that price with a special coupon which was never the case before. My family and I love to order Marcos and as a large family we love this special.. We have Domino's and Papa John's just as close but still chose Marcos every time. Even speaking to the manager, Tim about our concern for the change of price was disappointing. He showed no empathy and had such an intimidating and uncomfortable approach to me when I questioned why the change. I wish I could present this issue a different way but I can't. I’m so disappointed. In this day and age the pandemic has made us all more conscious of our spending & price gauging Is just immoral and wrong.I had to send my husband to the Walton Way Ext location because they were courteous and they honor this everyday promotion despite the fact it’s much further from my home. I am very disappointed with this inconvenience. I hope this helps someone choose a pizza restaurant that will do its part in not only providing good quality pizza but will also remain honest about the costs.
Customer Service was terrible from the Manager here. He would not honor a coupon that I had. First he said it was because the coupon was old clearly not if the date is 24 Nov 21 and the expiration date is 30 Nov 21 on the coupon. Then it was oh well now you must come in to use it! He clearly wanted to prove his point of not honoring the coupon. No problem, I will take my money elsewhere! I do not recommend the Marcos on Furys Ferry Road!
Customer service tonight was really below average. After ordering our pizza for curbside pickup, I arrived 20 minutes early and that was on me. I waited patiently and my order was supposed to be ready at 6. At 610 I called and the manager on duty said I would have to come on because I was paying with cash and hung up. Im 69 and just had a hip replacement and had ordered for curbside pickup. He was so rude. I order here every other week. Never have I been so rudely treated BY A MANAGER! The girl I got my pizza from when I Finally limbed in to get it was very sweet. But she sure didn't learn it from the MANAGER.
Its a small little shop., but always super clean. employees are always friendly and the pizza is always ready super fast. i usually get carryout, but the few times ive got delivery its always been way quicker than expected. you can always taste how fresh and crisp the toppings are. keep up the great work guys.
Marco's has always done a great job. As of late, has been honest about "ready" and "delivering" times for pickup and delivery. (Every restaurant has had staffing issues).They staff always greets you as you walk in. Their pizza's have always been spot on.Great job guys and please keep it up!
