I use to eat here, but the last 2 times I have eat here, the quality of service has been less than satisfactory across the board. Yeah, yeah I know the pandemic. I get that, but to get home & open my to go order & it looks like this, is unacceptable. Do better!
Ok first I went to call in a to go order ...the menu on line states crab cakes so when I call and finally got through without getting hung up on so I asked do you have carb cakes she saids NO in and agitated voice and hangs up never answered again I maybe an hour half later, I drive up there place my order a catfish dish with 2 sides a salad and a sweet potato get home the salad lid was closed the salad spill in the bag the shrimp was wet in cold like the thawed them out from having them in the fridge, so I called back up the told her the lid wasn't closed on the salad and about the shrimp so she says WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO ABOUT IT ..my mouth drop I spent 25.00 on one order for 1 person and you ask that she put me on hold went to the voicemail and I'm still waiting on a call or a response ...SAD I let them know the container isn't closing at all she said i wasn't the one who bagged your order

Service was alright. Drinks were good. Food quality wasn't worth the prise or wait time. 1½ hours to be seated and after ordering. Had to wait another hour to receive cold, dry steaks. Asked for medium and medium rare. Got medium well and well done steaks. Most of the concern that the waiters had was towards the birthday groups of 7 or more people. The other side of the restaurant had 2 servers. They were not low staffed at all.
My first time to a Logans Steakhouse and I was highly disappointed. Ordered a med rare steak and got charcoal. I ordered chicken tenders for my child and they were stale and hard, he couldn't even bite into them. Manager came over and said she would adjust it but didn't. Just wanted to celebrate and enjoy a nice steak dinner and it was a total bust. However our waitress was amazing, very attentive.
The kind and pleasant staff and of course the steak (food). very nice bartender!!!
To me, it's always the people who will make or break an experience for you, and I've got to brag on our awesome server, Khadijah a couple nights ago. My wife and I came in after work for dinner and she was one of the most pleasant people I've come across. Totally personable, super responsive, and just one of those people that all around make your day better. People like her make me want to keep coming back. As a bonus, the food was great, as usual!
Terrible customer service, rude staff, regional manager sided with the manager and said he did not see nothing that went wrong! I’ll be sure to post on social media and tell everyone what horrible service this was! Wait time was over 2 hours, burnt up rolls, food was undercooked!
Started with the mushroom appetizer, nice and crunchy and without too much breading. I had the teriyaki steak, baked potato and Caesar salad. Steak was very tender and tasty. Little sweet but not overwhelming. Baked potato was cooked perfectly! Caesar was a little overdressed. Need I say anything about the heavenly rolls!!! OMG I could make a meal out of them all by myself. Best rolls in Augusta!! Friend had the brewski onion steak with side of mushrooms. Taste was very nice. Everyone in our group thought the onions were the ones you see in the picture. The "brewski" onions are sauteed and under the steak. The crispy onions are what you see in the menu. Wish there were vegetable options, but other than that very nice meal. Can't say enough about Melissa as well. She was great with a great attitude as well! She was obviously very busy, but she rolled with it well.
