I waited in the store for 10+ minutes to order for a shady couple to come in and get served right away. I said I had been waiting, and the person who worked there served them instead. I will never go to this rude location EVER again
I placed an order online. It was available in the pizza portal within the estimated time. I was driving through, so I wasn't familiar with the area. It certainly doesn't look like the safest place to be especially at night. Fortunately, I was there during the day. The food was warm, but I feel like there was a little bit too much salt, which led to me having a slight headache shortly after.
Last Night, I walked in and ordered, there was a young lady all alone in the store, in which took my order, along with everyone else, washed up, made the pizza, cooked it, got it out, cut it, boxed it, by herself... My wait time was short and she conducted herself with all the professionalism every little Caesars pizza should have!! I really appreciate her and wish her luck climbing up the ladder!!
Food was good enough.I've never felt so uncomfortable at any establishment in my life. I was verbally accosted for being a "cracker" in the "hood". The profane laced tirade was witnessed by the staff. I was threatened verbally, laughed at and treated with the utmost disrespect. The facility did not to intervene is absolutely wrong. Then they allow these people ahead of me, blows mymind.I'm a Caucasian male with several people of color in my family. I have never, never been called a racist.Little Ceasars is no longer going to be part of my or my very large families pizza choices. It's not worth any savings for the anxiety caused by this experience.
Always people loitering outside. The workers are ghetto, shirt wearing short shorts pants sagging. Can’t get your order right. Just don’t care. Will NEVER eat here again. Garbage.
Such terrible customer service! They made my pizza wrong and got an attitude with me when I pointed it out. Their pizzas are always half cooked. So disappointing ?
Manager needs to be fired over behavior. Face timing on her phone while taking orders. That's how I found out she's the manager. At one point walked away from register to talk while there was a line waiting to place orders. Staff behind her were doing their job. Then someone behind me was calling for the manager. She didn't hang up when she came back.
If I could give it no stars I would, Crazy bread was just awful a waste of money , Do not order at night .
I asked for a fresh pizza said I will wait then the cashier tried to offer me two old pizzas that I didn’t want also interacting with someone that was hanging around the store making pinky promises while taking a customer orders there was no professionalism at all what so ever you had employees that was off the clock walking to the back the cashier had an attitude for what reason I don’t know he didn’t give me my change and he ignored me when I asked for my dipping sauce twice I’ll make my own pizza from now on an keep my money
Ordered online, and I went to pick it up the friggin store was closed. I'm out $32.00 and I don't think I have enough money ? for dinner so yeah don't order food from them online they will steal your money. I've even emailed them about this, they haven't replied. I'm about to send my 3rd email to them right now.
