Food was fresh and made to order and served in a timely manner.

Beware if you have allergies. Came in on 6/24/22 and explained that I have a shellfish allergy. I was eating and bit into a piece of shrimp. I panicked. I informed the manager and the waitress, although the waitress apologized the manager demanded I show her the shrimp. I was appalled. I did show them but received no concern or regard for the fact that I was having a reaction. Please be careful.
This place needs to get their $%!# together! Heads up! If you order DoorDash from this place your Dasher is going to be ignored for other customers coming in to pay or to be seated they won’t even ask them for the name though ignore them like they are not standing there almost every single time. They will stare at customers waiting and waste 10 mins looking for other employees to come find out what you want. THEN when they DO finally get around to you, they spend another little while trying to figure out where the heck your order is!!! BUT if it IS ready… it sits on a table 6 feet away while all of this is happening!!! The point is, if your food is cold… This is why.
Order was wrong and I was overcharged. Service was terrible. Stood there for a few minutes before even being acknowledged. Place was messy. There was a table in the corner cluttered with stuff. Several tables with dirty dishes. It was my first time ordering here and it certainly will be my last. Business seemed unable to process third party order efficiently. Weirdly enough, the food I did receive was decent. Experience, not so much.
Probably the worst excuse for sushi I’ve ever had in my life. The waitress was super nice and the frozen gyoza is what I’d expect but they clearly haven’t stayed in business for their sushi.
Most fresh sushi ever! The people that work there are the sweetest! I was used to them being super short-staffed, the 3 people there worked so hard to serve everyone. Looks like they’ve been trying to hire more people. Great and quick service with to-go orders!
The man who took my take out order was very pleasant. The food was okay. The cucumber in my sushi was too thick and not what I'm used to. That's really my only complaint.
serving the entire table at one time instead of one person at a time, one child was done eating before either of the other two children got their food. all of the kids were finished eating before the adults were served their food... didn't they tell me that this is standard... no parents want their kids finished eating while they're eating because then the kids are playing while their parents are trying to eat. they also got our order wrong forgot one of the kid meals completely and mixed up the adult entrees. when mentioned to the server she said she'd check on it and then never showed her face again. manager seemed to not care and brush it off as if it did not matter. absolutely do not recommend this overpriced burnt food slow service establishment.... that can't tell the difference between a ribeye and a filet all in all we sat at that table for two and a half hours before we got our food. it took 15 minutes just to get menus, we were brought soups but the spoons were forgotten and by the time we got them 20 minutes later the soup was cold. and we had to leave and pack the adult meals to go because the kids were already restless and ready to leave because they had already finished eating their food. our server literally told us someone threw our ticket away... but doesn't offer to make up for it in any way no sort of discount nothing even after placing the order of the second time and it coming out wrong. and then to disappear and us have to find a different server to help us check out.
Do not order delivery from this restaurant unless you want your food to be cold, soggy, and extremely late. I don't know what the staff have against delivery drivers just trying to do our jobs and get customers their food, but they constantly lie, ignore, and berate us. And on the off occasion none of that happens, they treat your food with complete disrespect.
